I could not see spending much to go that much faster, I am new to stand up jet skiing, just bought my first one actually this month. I bought a 2017 SXR 1500 with real low hours on it, it has on it a WOT intake grate and some Pro Watercraft rear sponsons. I am really debating some Pro Watercraft front fatty sponsons and plate but I wonder if they would help much for me. I am a big guy and want good easy handling first and foremost.
@@badm0t0rf1ng3r Not sure yet, I got out on the machine for the first time today and lets just say it was not much of a ride and more of a clown fest. I will know more in a few days I hope.
Thanks for watching! We did one a few years back for my buddy Terry, and that one has JC Racing Sponsons, Skat Scoop. I cannot remember what ride plate we did on that one (If any, I think it may be stock)
Thank you for watching. If you are interested in a RRP Handle pole, or steer system/bars, we'd be happy to help out. Please reach out to us at our shop. All of my contact info can be found at my Watcon web site.
Awesome boat!! I hope to get one before next summer..I'm in Pensacola Fl...I'm gonna keep mine stock..60mph is more than fast enough for me
Thanks for watching Pete, enjoy your Ski!!
naaaaaaah make her fasterrr
Hey if you're still in P-cola a couple of us stand up riders run in Bayou Grande.
Your an example of the love for things that go fast! I'm getting one of those things..if I have to take out a mortgage...Siempre Fi
Mortgage, Huh what! They are like 11k brand new and you can easily find great used ones for less than 7.
It’s not all about top end , throttle response is always nice and top end is also a prop pitch restriction as well so it’s all good.

How do you like the WOT intake grate? I have the PWC rear sponsons and they're great!

you have to come to body beach for the reality check, you'll be back to 59
Yea..... Cause who doesn't wanna ride with a ton of shit downs and idiots going the wrong way on the course.... Body beach is WAY to crowded now.
@@markusrice9610 straight up facts. Took my 550 out there a couple weeks ago and it wasn’t even fun there was so many people.
What set up did your other guy (his ski felt more stable) have running compared to this one?

Off-topic but if you recreationally ride a Yamaha VX 110 2007 model, would you do the ribbon delete or no
Thank you for the question. Personally I would not just do a ribbon delete alone
am I going to need a nozzle to discharge any water out of the hull?
Hello Timothy, Yes, our kit comes with the by pass fittings you need.
What skat impeller was in that?
Hello Bobby, as stated above it is a Solas impeller that we blue print, re-pitch, balance, and tune.
What do i need to install the handle bar ?

What Impeller?
It is a Solas that we custom bend, and "lab finish".
