When we are doing the huderler stretch, my leg lifts up
Your toe touch is actually BEAUTIFUL!! you go SO high your legs are straight and so are your arms! I’m gonna watch this for 10 days this is my 3rd day to improve my toe touch! So far it has improved so much since day 1 I’ll keep you updated!🩷

really? I want to have a higher toe touch by next week. I wonder if I continued to do these all this week would it improve.

I’m trying out for cheer on Monday, I get results Friday so I’ll tell you if I make it
I didn’t make it but that’s okay, I can always tryout for next year
Good luck next year I have cheer tryouts this Tuesday
