Oh my god!! I had been struggling with this problem for quite awhile until i learned how to fix it. Now I'm able to do a regular toe touch but I still struggle every now and then. I will be using this tutorial tysm!! btw i got my toe touch from following along to your toe touch workout everyday

This spring and summer I’m going to be practicing on stretching and flexibility. Do you think I’ll be able to make it if I keep practicing? And did you have experience beforehand?
From everything I’ve heard it doesn’t even matter if you can’t lift your legs on the ground as long as you try and can’t feel the squeeze in your hip flexors you will improve over time and eventually be able to lift your legs higher each time

From everything I’ve heard it doesn’t even matter if you can’t lift your legs on the ground as long as you try and can’t feel the squeeze in your hip flexors you will improve over time and eventually be able to lift your legs higher each time
That just means you don’t have the hip flexor strength yet, which is why the exercises she gave would really help you a lot!
I could not at first but I’ve done it every day and I’ve gotten so much higher on the ground
