1. Set Z-offset first. 2. Click "AUXILIARY" (Thumbwheel/Paper adjustment). 3. After completing AUX adjustment then machine will automatically level itself. 4. Don't forget to click Save, Upper right hand corner when finished.😁 Update: Oh yea. I noticed your poly wheels are shedding, you can add a bit of silicon grease to them to stop that from happening. If ELEGOO would have hard anodized the rails this wouldn't happen or used nylon.

if your petg is peeling up, use glue stick or some of those liquid 3d printing glues, thats what helped me with petg
I managed to clean the whole bed with soap and water and that solved it seems at least
Yes, glue stick IS A MUST!!! It should of came with one.
