Hey, thanks for the question. Make sure the file name ends with .gcode and also make sure to put the file in the proper location on the included USB it should be in the model folder. Let me know if this works!
I put the USB that came with the 3-D printer onto the computer. I opened the file double click on software then double clicked on Elegoo software then double clicked elegoo cura 4.8.0 I followed all the instructions for downloading it, and installing once it said install complete I tried to open the Elegoo cura tab on the computer and it kept saying couldn’t open file
indeed. i change my opinion on this printer after dealing with their social media manager. Elegoo didn't even go through with there side of the deal for my videos...
