Hi there, thank you for this video. For some reason my doorbell does not seem to have the live view option. Do i need to have a subscription to have live view? At the moment I do not have a subscription?
Good video, is the video doorbell a hotpoint/ hub stand alone, Ie: can 3 other users log on to this with the same app, ( I mean like acting like cell phone hotpoint)? If not are there any?
I actually had a Line of Sight issue with the Blink doorbell. The front door was made of steel and it blocked the Blink Wifi signal to the wifi hub. I had to make sure the Blink doorbell was mounted on the door frame and redirect the wifi signal to the Blink Sync module. So the Blink doorbell had line of sight to the sync module and the sync module had line of sight to the wifi hub. I could of accomplished the same thing by installing a wifi repeater to solve the line of sight issue.

Yes you can do it with both Apple, and Android devices. It doesn't have to be a phone it can be a tablet as well. The size of the local USB Flash Drive depends on number of days you would like store in your recording history. For example a 128GB Flash drive using 4 Cameras gives you about a month worth of event video storage. When the storage is full it will start recording over the oldest events first.
