Why I stopped binge drinking

Since 2019, I started binge drinking alcohol. Each time I drank, I wouldn't stop until I got drunk. There was no such thing as just a pint or two. Over the years, I have witnessed how it gradually affected my mental health, my relationship with others and my overall well-being. In this video, I share my transformational story of why I finally decided to stop binge drinking.

Sometimes the worst experience in life is your greatest strength. You should be proud of your self you are growing and healing as a person that is not a easy thing to do.
Accepting the past and letting it change you in a good way is important always

I've had a completely other issue with alcohol. Women have tried to push me to drink and while I fully support someone's right to consume what they want, I myself do not like drinking alcohol at all. If I'm ever to do drugs, I'm more prone to psychedelics, because If I'm going to do a drug, it might as well be one that helps me see into different realities.

I think it’s a blessing that you don’t like alcohol! It really isn’t great for your body to be honest :/
