- I went on the 4D3N Inca Trail hike in Peru with Alpaca Expedition without any research or training, thinking it would be a long walk in the park. Oh boy was I wrong... It was definitely not an easy feat but was memorable and fulfilling nonetheless.
Beautiful video👍🏼 thanks for sharing 🙏🏽 greetings from Indonesia 🇮🇩
My pleasure! I just visited Indonesia last week, beautiful country :")

amazing! Thanks for sharing ✨
How long did you stay in Cusco before the trek?
3 days!
Hello! I’m doing this in a couple of months - this video has been quite helpful in showing what the trail looks like and am really looking forward to it! I was trying to spot this in the video but I couldn’t quite tell. Would you mind sharing what you used as a day pack? Asking as I’m currently debating between a 15l lightweight bag or a 20l slightly more structured and supportive bag and I can’t tell which would work better for such a long distance - the lighter bag might be easier to carry as it’s lighter but I worry it might not fit everything needed and might not be as supportive. Any advice or thoughts would be greatly appreciated!!
I used a small backpack, which carried my bottle, sunblock, raincoat (provided by the company), and fleece jacket when I'm not wearing it. I would definitely recommend carrying a lighter bag. The company provides almost everything that you need so we didn't really have to carry much during the hikes :) I'm excited for you!
When was this?
Just one month ago!
