Not only are the drumming styles totally different, but also Karl Burns preferred to have no bottom skins on his toms, whereas "Mike's sparkly Premier kit was replete with a full complement of bottom heads." Other big differences are the departure of Yvonne Pawlett on keys, and the departure of founding member Martin Bramah replaced by Craig Scanlon, and the arrival of Steve Hanley on bass, with Marc Riley moving from bass to gtr. This is one of the last recordings with the old Witch Trials line-up (late78), and Dragnet was the launch of the new line-up (early79).
