    I have not tried Gyeon Mohs yet but I have used Gyeon Trim on the exterior plastic with great success. I used it on the black plastic on my 2005 Mini Cooper S and on my next door neighbors Chevy Avalanche. The plastic was so badly faded we were both surprised at the great results. I haven't had a bad experience with any of the Gyeon products that I tried. Great company!

      @@FABAutomotiveDetailing I do know in what direction I want to go, but that would really need a conversation over the phone with a few other questions about some of the other products I’ve purchased. Like, I understand that Gyeon one Evo basically has no slickness to it, but after doing a lot of research, if I understand it all correctly, using topper over the Gyeon one Evo, I can achieve that slickness that is desirable for me. If I’m mistaken, then I’ll have to rethink how to get the job done correctly on the first try.

    Can this be applied outside in direct sunlight or does it have to be in doors? Also will the 30ml cover a 2022 tacoma? Right now is pretty cold where i am

      It can be applied outside just not direct sunlight. You probably could if you stretch it but you would be better off with a 50ML to be safe.

    The kit with the mohs and skin I was thinking of buying but don’t really know what the skin goes ?
    Also the Gyeon evo pure has a better darkening affect than the mohs but maybe the skin does to the darkening but I’m not sure about that

    • @FABAutomotiveDetailing
      @FABAutomotiveDetailing  2 роки тому

      Skin is a top coat for Mohs. It basically protects The base layer of Mohs.
      Pure is meant for darkening and making paint look really glossy. Mohs is meant to make the paint crazy slick to try and keep gunk off of the paint. Hope this helps

    Brian, another great video! I have a couple questions if you don't mind.
    1. Would you recommend this, BC1, or anything else in this price range?
    2. I enjoy trying different quick detailers; can different quick detailers be used on this?
    3. As far as rags go, does a different side need to be used for each panel, or could it be used a couple of times before it has to be folded?
    4. Think this really will last 3 years?
    Thanks!!

    • @FABAutomotiveDetailing

      Thanks! I haven’t used Brian’s new products do I can’t compare that. I really enjoy Mohs as I have applied it a few times now. Yes you can use different detailers they just need to have SIO2 in them. I usually use a new side every panel. I really do believe it will go 3 years and beyond if maintained.

      Yes. One layer is put to 3 years and 2 layers is up to 4 years. That was one of the main reasons for revamping this coating was to make it a 1 layer product unlike the first version.
