The Ebauche technique looks really interesting, I’ve not seen it before
Thank you for thoroughly explaining each process. That’s so much more helpful than my art professors in college. Plus you paint better than they did!
That was so interesting and informative! I found the wipeout and ebauche especially helpful. I had no idea and always wondered how one knows how to start a painting. Classes I’ve taken just tell you Paint This Still Life, with no teaching of any process. I love watching you paint. Always impressed by you and your beautiful art.

I try to use the wipe out me6thod (how i was taught), but often just say screw it and start painting over everything😛

This was really informative! What fixative do you use for the drawing? I've been looking for one that I can paint over with oil and I'm not sure which one to go with.
