    Dr Watkins,
Are producers also entitled to a percentage of the revenue made from streaming platforms (interactive and non-interactive)? If yes, what's the standard percentage in the industry?

When it comes to non-interactive streaming, whose pay comes from SoundExchange; those royalties go to the Featured Artist. However, according to the agreement between the Artist and the Producer, the Producer points or percentages would go to the Producer, but the funds would have to be directed to the Producer by the Artist with a letter of direction to SoundExchange. The new Music Monetization Act is working to make that clearer, still the funds have to be directed. Interactive Streaming royalties that are owed the producer for sound recording performances, go to the label, who would either pay the producer directly, or again through the Artist, based on the agreement. Yes, they are entitled to percentage points, if the agreement has stated it as such.
