Never ever ever has a golf drill been explained as well as this. This step by step explanation 🤯
Say bye bye to early dumping of lag!! Say hello to the timestamps below my friends...

Thanks. I’ve been after an exact explanation of this sequence for decades.
Really good addition to the two handed lag and compression drill video you did. Thanks Chris.
Thanks! On downswing, open up the hip to pull the club down until elbow reaches the belt loop. Shaft needs to be parallel to the ground at this position and most importantly the shoulders are still parallel to the target line. Priceless!!!!
Awesome drill, will definitely work on it. Thanks
Glad you enjoyed it. Let me know if you have any questions or need any help along the way.
This is the drill I needed during these mid-season backslides. 🤣
A good mid season dustup can do us all some good. Hope this gets you back on track and shooting some digi's.
Thanks very much. Excellent information and tuition.
You're most welcome! Thanks for watching and hope you join us for more.
Excellent video...
Thank you!
Chris I have to give you an A on this lesson. This is the best explanation I have seen on trail arm and ive seen a bunch on this subject. I’m currently watching the US Open all the golfers are doing the movement. Thanks so much!
Thomas, I have to give YOU an A on this comment because it always feels good getting an A on my side. Thank you for watching and hope you enjoy the rest of the US Open AND you have much success with this drill:)
First time viewer. I like the way you 'splain stuff!
great drill.
Thank you 🙏
Bro … you did an awesome job of explaining… and provided a practical drill … thanks 🙏🏿 for emphasizing how that right arm and move independently…
Thank YOU so much for the kind words and glad you like the drill! Let me know if you have any questions or need any help along the way.
Excellent job. Retired PGA professional 55 yrs
Thank you and I hope you're enjoying the retired life in the shade:)
This is an eye opener for me , I always tilt my rt shoulder along with the arm , no other coach ever said about this move , no wonder I have been very inconsistent in my swings .Thanks
Glad you found some information that can help you overcome too much tilt in the downward half. Wishing you much success with the drill and let me know if you have any questions along the way.
Actually most of coach talk about it just you could not do it😅
Great Video. Athletic Motion did a video on the right arm awhile back and it’s very similar. Practice this. You will find the sweet spot consistently. 💪🏼
Wearing out the center of the face! LFG:)
This may be right, but the problem is that we are not Gumby. The ideas have to be finalized, or packaged for us to be useful.
So if these set of movements are new to someone. And you begin to nail the positions at speed, but the ball flight is left or right. are we looking at grip strength to straighten things out or manipulating the club face during these movements? Asking for a friend.
I’d be looking at the grip and how the wrists are being used in the swing for sure. I’d also be looking in the hitting area to see when the release is starting and is the student creating some sort of high rate of closure in the face which is the most common thing we deal with daily.
Release?
Feel your right wrist drop down to your right pocket 😊
Is for drives also? Thanks.
Sure
Have you ever seen "Scotties Grip"? I'm sure allot of people have been put in a wrist casts trying to pull it off.
Imagine trying to put a cast on his right leg/foot!
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Too much talking.... Love the principle of the swing, spot on theory and great practice insights.
How can I possibly make a golf swing with 25 different club positions and swing thoughts in my head.?!?!!!’
Jump to 2:15. Thank me later😂
Yep. Anything before that is just me talking about what and why we're doing the drill. Time stamps are also available in the description and in the comments in most of my videos. Thank you.
Good video,but tu much talk
