- So you've got a tight neck and spine and you've heard yoga helps, right? But you're new to yoga and not sure where to begin?
This 45-minute vinyasa yoga flow sequence is perfect for beginners who would like to focus on spine and neck flexibility. In this yoga class, we open the neck and shoulders before soothing the spine with some twists. We end with a deep quad stretch to release tension and improve flexibility. It is slow and delicious, making it the perfect slow flow sequence for beginners. Enjoy the class and let me know what you think in the comments!

Day 2 done!! I found this hard at 1st but then as I relaxed and EASED into the routine, I started to feel a lot calmer and relaxed.

Day 2... how lovely. When you said "open your eyes" at the end I started sobbing...wtf? Lol. It was so relaxing and the little meditation at the end so good. Perfect follow up to day 1. I'm not a beginner but sort of a medium/ level 2 yoga practice. I can see I'll return to this video many times in future! Looking forward to day 3. THANK YOU! 😭😍

That quad stretch ... that's something to work toward. Fingers facing the front of the mat ? My wrist mobility is clearly in need of some help. Chronic hip flexor tightness and low back pain made that certainly a challenge. Enjoying the journey

Thank you so much! I think the video title somewhat missold this, this was an extremely fun and interesting class. I got such a good right tricep strech in the mermaid half bind. There were so many advanced options for variations this is definitely not just for beginners. I loved it and will try to make a note to return to this

Excellent practice for day 2! I've been working on losing weight so I have recently started a run/walk routine daily and that has been making tight and stiff. Today's practice really helped loosen those muscles. Nameste......🙏

Just a quick comment- at the min 34:38- you meant right hand to the LEFT knee, and not "right hand to the right knee". That made me stop for a bit, and check my pose. Loved the video, just what I needed after a long day at work. Great work, thanks again!

I have a lot of pain in my left hip which prevented a few poses on that side like mermaid and the twist in mermaid. I will try it again once the pain eases up. Namasté
