      Yatinder Bhai, i have minor bp issue i am taking concor and valsartan as prescribed by my Doctor. I am doing strength training for the last 4 months i feel very relaxed and my bp remains around 117 to 80. Can i takr pre workout? Pls advise

      Sir muscle imbalance par video banao bahut badi problem hai 🥺 sir isme aapki ak side ki muscle ka size dusari side ki muscle se thoda chota hota hai jaise main righty hu aur mera right arm ki muscle ka size left arm ki muscle se bada hai aur yahi same problem chest ke sath bhi hai sir youtube par kyi logo ne iss topic par video bana rakhi hai lekin main sirf aap par trust karta hu 🥺

    Sir agar pre workout mein BCAA aur L Glutamine ho jo muscle ki recovery ko jaldi kare aur muscle breakdown kam kare to exercise to muscle breakdown karne ke liye hi hai, phir exercise ke baad BCAA aur L Glutamine se recovery kar sakte hai. Exercise ke samay jitna zyada ek limit tak muscle breakdown hoga aur muscle ko stimulus milega, utna hi zyada to muscle growth ke liye achha hai recovery ke baad.

      Bhai mera bhe muscle imbalance tha aur ye sinta karni wali koi baat nahi samay ke sath thik ho jyega. Ak kam ap kar skta ho unilateral exercise ko kariya aur humsesha weak side se suru kariya aur jitna rep weak side se lagya hai utna rep app strong side se bhe lagaya

    Preworkouts in long term uses cause anxiety problems and caffeine addiction.. also gut issues.. it is very bad ...

    Preworkout मत लेलो भाइ। it's dangerous for your heart. Just 2 days ago i took C4. After 4 hour i feel anxiety and my heart rate is so high. And then i admitted hospital full night.
