Well to be fair, Winter Moon have very short updates so it's easier for them to to do full background and details compared to much more longer updates webtoons like I like Yoo or Siren Lament.

It doesn’t have to be anime style, what most people go for is flat color cell shading, you just need to work on detailed line work, or soft shading with like a airbrush tool, for decent quality art

First get a base concept or gimmick, maybe something like a trope like "high school", or "fantasy", then slap together something coherent and original based around said concept (this is severely over simplified but is basically how I came up with the concept for what will be my first Webtoon someday soon xd)

Go on any app, I use discord lol, send a picture you want on your computer to a bot, go on your computer, go find the picture you send, and save it on ur computer, bam yaya ur done
It depends... What computer/Laptop you have; Windows or Mac and is it old or new. Plus how much money are you willing to spend on programs and for a Graphics Tablet? If you have money for a Graphics Tablet then... Paid Programs: Adobe Photoshop CC [Subscription service] Clip Studio Paint Free Programs: Krita MediBang Paint FireAlpaca If you have money [or don't mind pirating] for the subscription but not for a Graphics Tablet then Adobe Illustrator CC would work wonders as long as you already work on paper to do your sketching and don't mind a bunch of tutorials. It uses Vectors instead of Pixels so you can re-size your drawings without any loss in quality. You can import sketches then trace over them using it's Pen tool. If you can't put down any money for anything then Paint. Net could work if you again import your paper sketches in but this time go over them in another layer using the programs very flexible line tool. However be warned that you'll definitely needa go hunting for some different user-made plug-ins to add features, luckily there's an active community on the forums of people making stuff. I hope this giant info dump was helpful and not too overwhelming ROFLLLL.
I recommend PaintToolSai. I use it since 2 years now and in my opinion it's really good for beginners because it's easy to use (i don't understand Clip Studio Paint). But do your own research which program is the best for you (and which one is the money worth it)
I'd also recommend paint tool sai, like someone said earlier its super easy for beginners and if you want you can create and download custom brushes. However only downside would be that it isn't free so in that case I'd recommend Medibang, it isnt as simple to learn as Paint tool sai but it is free and comes with a lot of tools to help make mangas which can come in handy when trying to make a comic for webtoons.

Krita is the best free one I've seen it's like a free clip studio!

I use SAI pain tool and sometimes Photoshop to have a better glow effect.
I heard Krita's good but for some people, it just stops working. Medibang Paint and Firealpaca are also good free programs.

What program do you use to draw?
It depends... What computer/Laptop you have; Windows or Mac and is it old or new. Plus how much money are you willing to spend on programs and for a Graphics Tablet? If you have money for a Graphics Tablet then...
Paid Programs:
Adobe Photoshop CC [Subscription service]
Clip Studio Paint
Free Programs:
Krita
MediBang Paint
FireAlpaca
If you have money [or don't mind pirating] for the subscription but not for a Graphics Tablet then Adobe Illustrator CC would work wonders as long as you already work on paper to do your sketching and don't mind a bunch of tutorials. It uses Vectors instead of Pixels so you can re-size your drawings without any loss in quality. You can import sketches then trace over them using it's Pen tool.
If you can't put down any money for anything then Paint. Net could work if you again import your paper sketches in but this time go over them in another layer using the programs very flexible line tool. However be warned that you'll definitely needa go hunting for some different user-made plug-ins to add features, luckily there's an active community on the forums of people making stuff. I hope this giant info dump was helpful and not too overwhelming ROFLLLL.

I recommend PaintToolSai. I use it since 2 years now and in my opinion it's really good for beginners because it's easy to use (i don't understand Clip Studio Paint). But do your own research which program is the best for you (and which one is the money worth it)

I'd also recommend paint tool sai, like someone said earlier its super easy for beginners and if you want you can create and download custom brushes. However only downside would be that it isn't free so in that case I'd recommend Medibang, it isnt as simple to learn as Paint tool sai but it is free and comes with a lot of tools to help make mangas which can come in handy when trying to make a comic for webtoons.

@@rovoskitulanki4167 it’s a psychological thriller with a serial killer as a protagonist. It’s about how a mind is shaped. I think I’ll start by making a webtoon for now, but in the future I’d love for it to be published as a physical illustrated book or anime.

Download the chrome app and put webtoon on desktop mode so you can upload on your iPad. Hope this helps
