It's sad how it takes them hours, days, to make a comic that takes us, readers, seconds or minutes to read.
Another thing that's sad is when a panel took a lot of time but people will skip it, like the ones with no speach bubble
I agree, but as artists, we are humble servants to the readers. Any effort we need to take to keep you happy for even a brief second is always worth it.
That's why all we can do is support them as much as we can :>

im so glad webtoon is uploading tips and tricks for aspiring webtoon artists! I'm an aspiring artist that's planning to post my own series soon and I kept stressing out about making it perfect. After watching this and other tip videos, I was able to learn how to be more comfortable with my story and managed a healthier schedule for myself! Ty Webtoon!

I really want these creators to have a break and rest for long time i love their webtoons but they deserve life too like traveling
"You don't have to be great to get started but you have to start in order to be great." This quote on the cover of the notebook my aunt gave me just recently on Christmas is what pushed me to pick up the pen and draw, and just publish.
It's only one episode, I may have felt a little embarrassed when reality sank in, but gosh darn was it satisfying. I'm gonna continue so yall better start now too!

Still feel sorry for some of the authors to be forced to draw in color, their b/w-drawings have so much more impact.
I can never be this dedicate like our authors so they definitely have my respect xD I don't mind them taking days off cause I personally know how hard it is to keep a schedule like theirs even if I had a good story in mind and good artwork I can never be dedicated into doing it all the time like our authors

I’m just gonna get all my episodes ready and post them every Friday just so I don’t have to keep working on art under a week sense I take very long to draw
I really appreciate people who stay true to that one idea and dont stray away from their story.
Ahhh I absolutely ADORE these videos you make!!! Not only am I able to fond(coughstalkcough) over webtoon creators that I like but it’s also... really good advice isn’t it? Though I do wish the creators would take more time for breaks... and even more wish that fans wouldn’t complain when a creator takes a break... sigh... aNYWAYS REALLY NICE VIDEO!!!
aLSO since you asked what other creator I would like to hear well... definitely Isaky for one thing. I feel like she has SO much to say from plots and character forming/development. Milord is a genius end-of-sentence. Miriam is an ABSOLUTE sweetheart and Hooky is a masterpiece so YES THAT. I also feel like Walkingnorth and Kyutepastry have a lot of individuality in their creations and well... aha perhaps I’m just a curious individual.
When people say just put your work out there that is easier said than done for me TvT So proud of people with the confidence to actually post 👏🏼

its really interesting to see how other creators work. I spend 5 - 7 hours per comic (writing, drafting, inking, wording, publishing).

My sister and I are actually creating a comic right now called Bon and Sai. At first I was hesitant about going to post it simply because I don’t know how people will like it or if it was going to be good or not. However; after reading and looking at how other people work hard and do what they love I decided that is was worth a shot. I will post it soon on Webtoon. Once posted any feedback is appreciated. Cora It is a slice of life and comedy. Some of the episodes are based of stuff that has happened; while others are made up. It is based on my sister and I and what we have gone through. There is a lot a laughs and adventures that we go through together, so we decided to make a comic about it.

Thank you for this vid! Ever since the pandemic started and that I have a paying job, I've paused on making my webcomic for a year and a half. Now I'm trying to plan an amiable schedule and this helped!

This is a good video, but I wish they showed an example of someone who balances a second job. My part time job is the main thing I have to work around and I could use more specific advice on how others do it.

It's because authors like tower of god and noblesse comes from the korean webtoon version and the chapters you get are translated. Better yet, why not get the translators schedule?

to bad they can't have a patreon (linked?) since it's part of webtoon's contract TT^TT and they can't upload it anywhere else if they get featured since to get featured they have to sign contracts I believe.
I'm making a webcomic but this is impossible for me to upload episodes every week. It take me at least 20 days to create one episode.
