I use the split time feature for Daylight savings. Just toggle back and fourth

good job, this is the first video I've seen that makes sense. But note, on my Ironman watch, after you press mode you are faced with two time settings, be sure to use the time setting 1.
Thanks. Had to pause a few times to correct (couldn't keep up!), but I finally got it all in order. Think I better book mark this page, though! Now to look for the chime, etc settings...

Thank you! I run a ranch in my watch gets bumped around all the time which means sometimes a little Nobbies get pushed. Somehow it got off of a 24-hour clock to a 12 and was driving me nuts! 👍

Can you tell me how long the battery will last? What type battery does it take? Great video!!
I don't have the watch anymore, but it's one of those flat circular batteries. They last an extremely long time, like 8 months to a year is probably a safe bet.
Just get the Same type of the Old one or if it's available

Great approach, much appreciated. Missing is how to change the day of the week. Day of the week displays on my watch but it is wrong, and the steps where you can change all the other aspect of time do not even show it, so you can't select and toggle it. Is this an oversight by TIMEX, or is there a way to get at it? Thanks and best regards.
Hey! The day of the week is calculated based on the year and date. So if you’re date is right, then try fixing your year or AM vs. PM

Day of the week set?

I changed the battery, reset the time, etc. Now I can’t get the indiglo feature to work at all. I use to work retail replacing batteries but I don’t remember having this problem. This watch has only 1 battery that I know of.

Yeah that is weird and I agree that is not supposed to happen. Maybe take the battery out again and see if a power cycle helps? Otherwise I'm not sure.
I have the date set to 7.05 (July 5, 2020) and the day of the week is showing TH. It's Sunday. It's also on 24 hr time. How do I change the day of the week to correctly show SU?
My guess is your month/days are flipped. May 7th, 2020 is a Thursday. There is an option when setting time to have it go month then day versus day then month there should be a 24 hour or 12 hour option too! you just toggle them by hitting the start/stop button!

Mine is stuck on military time, so it just comes up with the 2 time settings? I thought I had it down perfectly, but the darn military time won't switch...

Do you know how to change the day like say from Thursday to another day? I just got this watch and like it but that is the only thing I can't figure out and there was no directions with the watch.
That means your date is probably wrong. Set the appropriate year, month, day and the day of the week will be accurate

I did everything you said but my day says Weds and today is Monday...although, theses days all days are the same?!
The only other thing i could think of is your watch is set to DD-MM (day then month) and my instructions are based off MM-DD. You could have entered a date 05-06 for instance and it be June 5th instead of may 6th. Check that! Otherwise I'm not sure!
How do you set it to military time. I keep doing what you're sayiin' and it won't go on military time.

How do you change day of the week?
The day of the week will get automatically calculated once you enter the date in properly. Make sure you have the right year, month, day, and time and it should take care of what day! I hope this helps!
How do you set the month. I've tried 10 times. Once you get to that part it isn't clear what to do next. I saw you point to start/stop but I dont know what to do when I am at the point of getting the right month. Have the right day, but not the month. Help !!
When you get to the month, press the STOP or START/SPLIT button until you get to the correct month.
