WOW! There was NO WAY I would have figured this out with no instructions. They were not included with the watch. Thank you so much for taking the time to share!
Thank you for taking the time to create this video. Our son loves these watches , his old one wore out & had to replace..he has a hard time programming these due to his disability, but I think he’ll be able to follow your instructions for next time/daylight savings . I’m going to save this and share it with him too - thank you !!!🙏🏻
The day of the week adjusts automatically based on your year, month and date setting (it does not have it's own setting). So if yours is wrong make sure you have your year, month and date setting correct and make sure you are looking at the correct time (T1 vs. T2)

Glad it helped, enjoy your Ironman!

Thank you, I was struggling before I saw your video!
I had to use your instructions again for daylight savings adjustment. Thanks again!
Always glad to have you back and glad they helped again!
Thank you. That worked perfectly.
Thank you for help
Grazie👏👏👏
What about the day? How do I change that? It's a day off.
If you have your month, date and year correct. . . . then your day will be correct.
Day of the week not covered... of course that's the problem.

Thank you. I figured it out in the interim by setting the year. On the older models you could adjust the day of the week.
