Unboxing 📦 The Best G Shock Alternative Timex Ironman Triathlon (T5K195)

- In this short video, I unbox this Timex Ironman Men's Quartz Watch with LCD Dial Digital Display and Black Resin Strap with reference number T5K195. The watch is 42 mm in diameter, 46mm lug to lug, with a thickness of 14,6 mm. The watch comes on a black rubber strap that complements the color of the case and dial. This watch I can recommend, as it is the cheapest alternative of a G Shock that actually costs less than the cheapest G Shock. with these specs. The watch weighs 54 grams, and the rubber strap is very comfortable to wear and has a 200m water resistance.

Been wearing my Ironman for a number of years with no issues. It's affordable, and durable enough for those who do triathlons which far exceeds what most people are going to put a watch thru. Works for me!

Thanks for the review. I’ve been wearing the Timex IronMan Triathlon since 1993 when I was only 11. I saw Bill Clinton wearing it in the newspaper and told my older brother to buy me one. The watch has changed over the decades and I did wear an Apple Watch for a few years, but today I’m back to the IronMan.
That Iron-man is iconic, definitely a watch for the ages.

I have one of these and I absolutely love it. So much more legible than some g shocks. Just one point, at 3:46 you say it’s got 100m water resistance, it’s actually 200m so definitely no need to worry in most situations 👍
It is definitely a great watch, and great sports watch alternative for the G Shock. Oh, I thought only 100m, which would have been also sufficient for any activity.
What a great review and I think they changed the strap material from resin to rubber. Much better. The indiglo would have shown up better if you had turned the light out, but hey ho, it’s still good and an extremely practical watch and a wonderful alternative to GShocks. Totally understandable, great and robust watch.
I’ve got this one. It’s perfect in every way. G shocks aren’t user friendly and they’re typically hard to read They’re better quality but the durability is more a gimmick and is overkill in my view. Ironmans are tough enough and are far cheaper.
Totally, great watch, and definitely the value is much better than the G Shock as well.

Was going to comment on the Opie. No use for the no3, but I carry the No9 as my daily steak knife. Just like the classic Ironman a legendary design.
The Opie n.3 is my favorite knife, as I use it to open packages and take with me everywhere in my small pants pocket. But I totally understang the N.9 is a much better day to day knife, I have the mushroom knife n.8 from Opinel and I take everytime I got out in the forest. I think between 3-5 years depending on the use of the complications.

it's funny first time I opened I fought it was so Little . i put in a box,. a week ago I took it back and I cannot live it. The BEST digital watch you can ever have. not like these ugly g shock who make you look like an idiot. this watch can be taken for anyopportunities.
