Great video as usual. Type of bread helps and what you add as toppings certainly does.
I make my cheese sandwich with two slices of whole wheat bread that I warm up in the toaster oven with a slice or 2 of mozarella or pepper jack cheese. When it melts, I take it out and top with sliced tomatoes, finely chopped garlic (sometimes), lettuce and a little pepper sauce.

Hi, thanks a lot! You know, there's a way you can make any comfort food healthier, it just takes some stepping out of the box to do it. Love your grilled cheese combo, have to try to put some chopped garlic on mine too.

This is the first time I've heard of using cottage cheese on a grilled cheese sandwich and I'm definitely going to try that - probably with a bit of mozzarella! I enjoy your videos. 😊

I really love your videos and I do appreciate your approach to healthy eating; I hope you don't mind me mentioning that maybe it would be worthwhile to research the impact non stick cookware has on human health. It's something I did which led me to getting natural items for the kitchen in which I love cooking healthy. Thanks so much for your videos!

Thanks so much for supporting! I do prefer not to use non-stick cookware, but still have some in the kitchen, anyway my cast iron skillet is the most favorite piece of cookware I have... Thanks for bringing this out.

Got this from Not Another Cooking Show's Fort Greene sandwich. Never making my grilled cheese sandwiches any other way.

Another tip if you don't want to use a pan - use the airfryer! You can toast the bread in the toaster beforehand, then chuck the bread and cheese into the air fryer for a couple minutes. Uses less oil but saves the crunch!

Apparently saturated fat in dairy is bad now. 🤷‍♀️ Wait until 5 years pass and the same dietary scientists say that seed oils are inflammatory now and we should go back to butter 🤣
