    Hi di... I wanted to ask whether is it okay to workout complete leg 2 days per week or should i split different muscle groups for two days (for leg) like quads and calf one day and glutes and hamstrings other day... Which will be more effective

      I say start the process and start gaining and let your body gain whatever it can gain in 5-6 months. Something is better than nothing.

    That was glute bridge, not hip thrusts. But both the excercises are good for your glute.

    Di my upper body gains weight easily and according to my height my upper body is good enough but its really really hard for me to gain my lower body weight what should i do...

      Start training legs and most importantly progressive overload to grow those leg muscles.

    Mam meko hyperthyroidism hai jisse mera weight loss ho gya phle mai bahut jada moti thi ab bahut ptli ho gyi agle 5sal se dwa kha rhi lekiin moti n ho rhi🥺🥺to thyroid me weight gain krne liye btayiye

      See the idea remains the same and that is to eat in surplus and lift weights. You might gain slow but you will definitely see changes overtime.

    Mam I am a huge Fan of you,and I follow you since few weeks,I have a question, please answer me...
    Many people told me that if I work out daily and after sometime for some reason I am not able to do gym or any workout then my body or physique lose all the muscle gain,and the skin will go saggy,is it true??

      Heya, welcome to the gaining community! Look maintenance is very important. Its not that if you stop working out skin will get lose but the idea is to maintain your gains by staying physically active and eating maintenance calories.

    Hlo mam....maine 1month calf raises kiye bina weight ke qki mere pas n the...pr sb khte h aur ptla najar aa rha my ankle so week mai kya kru 😢

      Be sure to pair your workouts with surplus calories and enough protein. Workouts alone is not going to produce results

    Hi neetu, i worked out for 6 months without any equipments at home both upper and lower body. It did gave good results in my arms, thighs and butt. But currently i stopped working out. No matter with or without workout, my ankle calf region remains the same which makes it look like i didn't gain weight in lowerbody. My leg looks thin in end 😢 what can i do other than calf rises

      Look its simple..to grow a muscle you must increase the tension you put on that muscle meaning lift heavier dumbbells and progressive overload and of course supply surplus calories and good protein to support the workouts.

    Please make one on muscel disparity for whole leg from psoas muscel to ankle , including glutes medius maximus , thigs and calf 🙏 , my left one is weak and thin than the other pls do a short on it ... Much needed 😢

      Ap utne hi kg ka dumbbell le jisse ap 10 bar utha Sako dheere dheere phir dumbbell ka weight badhana ...
