Heya, welcome to the gaining community! Look maintenance is very important. Its not that if you stop working out skin will get lose but the idea is to maintain your gains by staying physically active and eating maintenance calories.

Hi neetu, i worked out for 6 months without any equipments at home both upper and lower body. It did gave good results in my arms, thighs and butt. But currently i stopped working out. No matter with or without workout, my ankle calf region remains the same which makes it look like i didn't gain weight in lowerbody. My leg looks thin in end 😢 what can i do other than calf rises
Look its simple..to grow a muscle you must increase the tension you put on that muscle meaning lift heavier dumbbells and progressive overload and of course supply surplus calories and good protein to support the workouts.

Please make one on muscel disparity for whole leg from psoas muscel to ankle , including glutes medius maximus , thigs and calf 🙏 , my left one is weak and thin than the other pls do a short on it ... Much needed 😢

Mam Meri shadi ha after 6 months can I increase 15 kgs in 5 to 6 months
I say start the process and start gaining and let your body gain whatever it can gain in 5-6 months. Something is better than nothing.
That was glute bridge, not hip thrusts. But both the excercises are good for your glute.

See the idea remains the same and that is to eat in surplus and lift weights. You might gain slow but you will definitely see changes overtime.

Be sure to pair your workouts with surplus calories and enough protein. Workouts alone is not going to produce results
