Thanks Neetu... You are doing an amazing job by posting these videos and tips. The corrective measures are so important for beginners. Due to my medical condition, I lost so much weight and muscles and now standing at 30 kg with a height of 5'4". I lost my glutes and cant sit on the floor now😔. This hampered my yoga routine. I am following your lower body workouts, but in my case longer rest is required as per observation. Hope to get my glutes back so that I can sit on the floor again!

@@neghanechu8718 its difficult to build muscles for uper body without lifting weights as there is not much you can do with just bodyweight for upperbody. Atleast get a resistance band (link in description box)

I used to have problems on gaining weight. When I already hit more than 45kg,i realised that only my upper body gained weight. My legs are too skinny compared to my upper body, u know i feel like a chicken walking in my college and don't have confidence to wear pants :') I wear skirts all the time. Hope this exercise helps. Great video! I realized that I'm not eating the maintainance calories. So, should I first increase my calorie intake to reach the minimum maintanence calorie goal before starting workout. Or can I do workout and work on increasing my calories simulataneously?
