Don’t focus on a weight on the scale goal, Larry. Focus on getting your protein goals and not losing muscle. You can lose muscle when fasting and as we age we can’t afford to lose an ounce of muscle. I love the channel!

Larry instead of fasting in JULY I think you should go Lion Diet! No dairy or extra fat! 👍👍❤️💯‼️. Also watched an interesting video on StevenSteph channel on cheap delicious Costco carnivore option , they are getting Chuck Rolls by the case 4.19/lb and cutting them into steaks and the occasional pot roast. They says it’s tender and great fat content.
I began January weighing 194.4 lbs breaking my 2 year stall! June 1 had me at a consistent 185.8 lb. (Seems like every month my weight staggers up 2 lb. Down 2 lb. But by months end I’m at a loss) So, June 30 has me at 184.6 lb. A whopping -1.2 pounds! 😂😂 I practice IF daily and averaged 18 hours. I did finish 6 , 24 hour Fasts this month. I will admit to eating some carbohydrates 3 times this month which may have hindered my weight loss. Since I’ve already eliminated dairy I will challenge myself to stay Ketovore in July.
That's great!! 🎉 People get it wrong tho. Carnivore is not about weight loss!!!! It is about healing the body & mind from inflammation. The weight loss is a bonus side effect of being healthy and eating a proper human diet.
Wow, everyone did great! I lost exactly 1 lb lol but it’s something. I didn’t fast much because I have been transitioning my whole family into Keto, which is a huge win bc they are coming from the SAD and it took a lot to get them on board, but they’re doing great!

I lost 9.2 pounds. That's great news since I've been stalled for months, but it sure would have been nice to make it an even 10 lbs. Definitely not complaining, though, since I'm now only 2.8 lbs from my goal (which may change once I hit it). I fasted one day in each of the first 2 weeks of the month (41 1/2 hours and 45 hours) and did OMAD most days. I typically eat twice a day. I also had one cheat meal at a restaurant with relatives I haven't seen in 10 years. Restaurant food is gross and stuff cooked in vegetable oils is disgusting. 🤮 All in all I'm quite pleased with my results. Thank you Cassie and Larry for the motivation!

I lost 4 lbs. But I measured myself and lost a total of 8 1/2 inches. I have noticed so many changes. Thank you for helping me getting my but in gear and motivating me to fast. Plan on making a habit of this weekly. I am now 153 lbs. Thank you!
I did not do the challenge because something was off with me. Something weird was going on. I eventually figured it out and posted in the group which I think you guys saw - I had switched to a less expensive coffee and had a horrible reaction to it, and I didn’t realize it was the coffee for several weeks. I’ve switched back to a very clean coffee (not ready to give up coffee) so I’m back on track and ready for the next challenge! Love you guys! SO proud of everyone who did this challenge! And you guys both look great - you are GLOWING!
Only 6 pounds for June. It's a loss, so it's a win. Battling lipedema got harder & almost made me give up, but I'm pushing ahead. I'd like to be 100 lbs down by this time next year. I'm using the 18/6 fasting.
Lost 6.8 lb June 1st weight 151.9 lb. June 30th 145.1 lb.. I haven't seen the 40s since the 70s!! I fasted every Saturday starting Friday evenings and ending late Sunday mornings. I have to say my tummy sure did a lot of talking.... growling and a gurgling and rambling on. I just went with the feeling let her rip then I got to where I just ignored it. I can honestly say my hunger hormones are working perfectly.😅 Thank you for this challenge. y'all helped me get 10 lbs closer to my temporary goal weight of 135 lb.❤

Yes I started at 236 pounds and I weighed in at 162. I lost 5 pounds in June before that I was 167. I’ve been drinking my water and my electrolytes. June was a hard month but it was good not everything comes easy, love your channel. You guys are doing a great job on your weight loss.❤
I started the month with an every-other-day fast for the first week. After that, I fasted one day a week with a day or two of PSMF. I started at 255 and ended at 238. That is 17 pounds.
I lost 9lbs. I started the keto diet a week before, so really happy with that loss. Didn't purposely fast but naturally went to 2 meals a day with not wanting snacks after a couple weeks. Heading towards carnivore slowly, ❤
1st time commenter. I lost 90 pounds since June 2020. Started carnivore Feb 2024 and lost just1 pound in June, but I'll take it. I plan to do the July challenge with you all.
I am so discouraged and having such a hard time. I lost 100lbs on Keto (keeping my carbs 20 or below) in 2016 and maintained it for 4 years....special events, holidays, birthdays, nothing could distract me from my OMAD way of life.....until.....in Feb 2020 I went on a cruise...I knew I could make good choices and I would be getting a lot of activities which would keep me busy. This cruise was a week....the first day was such a challenge, I guess I wasn't ready for, not physically but psychologically. I felt like I was at a party and wasn't allowed to have fun. I had gone through so many parties, holidays, etc. and I was so strong...why? was this so different? There is so many different foods made by people all over the world and I just wanted to taste it. I finally went ahead I rationalized that I can just have fun and get right back on my plan when I got home...no biggie! SO I gained 3lbs and half of that was probably water weight...easy fix right? Well, I sit here today 2024 and I am still struggling. It was so easy in 2016...I made my mind up, jumped in with both feet and in no time lost 100lbs. It was like liposuction removing fat from all those hard to lose places. I am 5" and went from 235 to 135 from 2X to size 6. I have probably gained every single pound, maybe more, back. Everyday from when I got off the ship I said today is the day...I have gone on a 50 hour fast hoping I could reset...didn't happen....made the decision to go on Carnivore, went out and bought what I need.....didn't happen. I can't find one thing that will make me so excited to lose weight for. I am so made at myself for allowing myself to keep making bad decisions. I have learned that I am an abstainer not a moderator, that's why I thought the 50 hour fast would work. I have put ice cream in the garbage disposal, I have thrown processed food away without even opening it...only to go to the store and buy more to keep punishing myself some more. So here I am watching you....I know the struggle and I know the victory....but I didn't realize the power of carb addiction and how relentless it is. I wanted to ask if anyone has had this struggle and what you have done to pry the grip off both physically and mentally??? I used to tell people to remember why you started...I do remember.... I was miserable and was willing to fight.....you have to want it bad enough...I do! Everyday I wake up it's a new day to succeed....I listen to motivational speeches, I do 10 miles on my stationary bike....only to lose the battle. I always say I haven't failed because I haven't given up....but have I ?? :( I look at all success in the room and would would to join you...but....I won't step on the scale. I know it's bad because my 2X is a little tight at this point. At this point I don't need to know where I started I just need a good ending. I used to only weigh once a month any way just to be sure I wasn't losing too much, I wanted to stay in the 135 range. I know I am the only one who can do it.... no one can do it for me. Thank You for listening!!! I plan to fast for 24 hours (when I wake up) and then start on the meat, butter, bacon and eggs OMAD. I am good at fasting I am just not good at eating...so I will start there. Please pray that I can get started! I am 71 years young and you would think my health would matter....
lost 1 and a half pounds. not much but gained 1/4 inch on my arms and lost 1/2 inch on my thighs. my chest shrank some which is not what I was going for but it will change in time more muscle, less fat is my goal. Fasting doesn't do much for my weight loss. I lost weight but regained weight shortly after with no real improvement but autophagy is supposed to help with loose skin and such so I'll keep fasting.
Down 6 pounds! As for the comment about our bodies possibly rebelling fasts by kicking in cravings. I’m no doctor, but I look at it as my food addiction kicking into high gear. Once an addict, always an addict. Fight through it and try not to indulge when possible.
I enjoy and find motivation from your videos. I am struggling with high blood glucose more than weight. I used KETO to go from 250 to 180 pounds but my diabetes is still out of control. For the last month I have been trying to go carnivore but found myself constantly thinking about food and craving carbs. I seem to have a fresh outlook today, thinking more of a lifestyle commitment than a diet sprint. 🤞🍗🥚
I was down 7 lbs. the first week of June but then I doubled the size of my dumbbells and started using a vibration plate every day. Now I'm only reflecting a 5 lb. loss but I'll take it as I know I am losing inches and building muscle. 🎉

There's alot to be said about coffee... isn't it crazy that the longer we're on this WOE the less we tolerate?

5’2”. Feel fantastic. 2nd day I was a little hungry. I ignored it and got busy, went on a walk…hunger passed. Fasted 4 days at a time.

5 pounds down. I have a baseball size stomach so I can't fast long days but I did fast dairy. I'll continue to fast dairy in July with you all ❤

Cream has never been a problem for me. I RARELY buy it. Many times it gets dumped down the drain.

From 217.6 to 198.0 I lost 19.6lbs doing a 72hr fast each week eating 2 meals a day being 99% carnivore.
8.2 pounds lost. 334.2 to 326, going to keep on carnivore, love all the health benefits, last a1c down to 5.9, yeah

As for the comment about our bodies possibly rebelling fasts by kicking in cravings. I’m no doctor, but I look at it as my food addiction kicking into high gear. Once an addict, always an addict. Fight through it and try not to indulge when possible.
I enjoy and find motivation from your videos. I am struggling with high blood glucose more than weight. I used KETO to go from 250 to 180 pounds but my diabetes is still out of control. For the last month I have been trying to go carnivore but found myself constantly thinking about food and craving carbs. I seem to have a fresh outlook today, thinking more of a lifestyle commitment than a diet sprint. 🤞🍗🥚

I was down 7 lbs. the first week of June but then I doubled the size of my dumbbells and started using a vibration plate every day. Now I'm only reflecting a 5 lb. loss but I'll take it as I know I am losing inches and building muscle. 🎉

My body keeps changing but no weight loss or gain. Other NSV have been huge!!! I learn something each month and challenge. I am still No ☕ coffee!!! I am with you for the July challenge but mine will be no eggs since I gave up Dairy 11 months ago. Ya'll look so good and healthy. I agree with the fasting/ hunger/ temptation rebound. I do best fasting when if feels really easy. (Around 16 to 18 hrs.) Ya'll stay cool in this Southern heat 🔥 🌞😌.
