- After showing you how you can release some of the tension in your thigh muscle, we want to show you a Simple exercise to create a great quad contraction and reduce your pain.
To get started, sit close to a wall or another object which can't be pushed away.
Now, Grab the edges of your seat and pull yourself into the chair to stabilize your trunk.
Now try to straighten your knee against the wall or the immovable object
Push as hard as you can and feel a strong contraction of your quads.
The key is to hold that intensity for a minimum of 45 Seconds
Repeat it for at least 5 times.
