What do I think? Well, I think the mom killed her. I think she was jealous and went into a rage and killed her and bc he was abusing her so badly he was obligated to help cover it up.
I know the automated system calls home or cell phone if student was absent. Did Jen ever get a notification that Maddie did not attend school? she claims she went to go pick her up they said she was not there but then she said the school was closed... I know it is different for each school .. My daughter is in 10th and we get the absent notification at 6pm
Some say Maddie Soto expired - cause blunt force trauma to the head.
I think he killed her before Monday . Jenn's mother stated that he did not live there.

I think Maddie was killed right after the party, and JS came home from work and found Maddie, and they began to clean up and plan their story. When I saw JS shrug her shoulders when saying she talked to Maddie after the party, I knew she was lying. One only shrugs their shoulders when they don't know something. That conversation never happened. Poor Madeline. RIP sweet girl

I see people in the live chat complaining it's been 3 weeks, why no charges for the murder etc... Are you late for something? He is locked up and not going anywhere. They are gathering all the evidence they can because once they charge him, then the clock starts and they'll have very little time to gather anything else. They can take years with him already locked up if need be and if that's what it takes to make an airtight, solid case against him, so be it. Or would you rather they rush it, start the clock and botch a murder charge because you're impatient... There's a lot left to do like checking into the Mother, the autopsy and all the rest. He isn't going anywhere, not with the charges he already has.

I get it, but it is frustrating because it's so obvious he's guilty of her murder. Normally I'm not one to "convinct" this early, but all the evidence points to him. Maybe mom was involved but he was absolutely involved, there's no two ways about that. The evidence that is publicly available is, I'm assuming, all circumstantial and I'm sure they want him to have no room to escape so it makes sense for investigators to take their time, but it's still frustrating to not have all the answers we want.

One thing that has bothered me from the very beginning is, Jenn talks about talking to Maddy after her party, before she goes to bed and never once says good night I love you... my son who is 25 lives at home and before bed we always say I love you...Jenn is so disconnected from her daughter, never uses her name...
She shrugs her shoulders when saying she talked to Maddie about her party and what a great time she had because it didn't happen. Deceptive behaviour all over the place. I too am a mother and I tell you I would have been on my hands and knees hysterical begging the public for help, and she sat there with zero emotion. She had to be told to make an appeal. Jennifer wasn't asking for help finding Maddie because she already knew she was dead. Don't need to ask if deep down you know there's no need to!

My sister was molested from 8-16yrs of age and our mother in court said she saw him multiple times coming out of our room naked and he told her he heard a noise out the front window so he looked out our window. He had the door shut and opened it when she says she caught him those times. He broke my sisters nose by punching her when she told our mother he was watching us in the bath, and she didn't take my sister to the hospital. He punched my brother in the head and gave him a seizure condition which she also did not take him to hospital for. This woman must have seen something and ignored it.

That poor child died hours before with not one adult willing to protect her. thank god her suffering is over, perhaps the only good thing is she can finally have peace. My heart breaks for her and has nothing but disgust and hatred for him and her so called mother.

I look at it this way if he was trading pictures in a group of the awful things he was doing to this child. That sounds like a ring? Why haven't there been any more arrests? Also it makes my stomach sick to think we live in a world where we say "atleast her suffering is over." When we should have the technology to stop these things from being traded or shared. Our phones can litterally read our faces for add suggestion with an app. But there is no way to red flag offenders so that groups that trade images like those spoken about get caught? It's weird.

My 2 children never asked to be dropped off before the school but even if they had requested that it would have been a big fat hard NO.
i used to ask my mom to drop me off a little bit away from the school entrance, but that was in highschool, it was more like 0.1 miles away and im a boy.
When my sons became teenagers just getting them awake for school and out the door in time was a task.
He said that he dropped her off at 8:30am ish.
School didn't start until 9:20am.

This has ignighted a fire in me that I can not put out. My mother married a man after her & my dad got divorced. She met him in a bar, got married & moved us out of state in 3 months. He was an alcoholic that was physically verbally and sexually abusive to me and my three sisters. He was physically abusive to my mom. When we as a group went together to talk to my mom about what was going on, she said, “oh Bob would never do that.” We need justice for Madeline. This is the mountain I will die on to stop or help anyway I can!!!

According to the charge sheet the molestation was occurring frequently, several times a week and sometimes even twice on the same day. How does a mother not not know, or at the very least, suspect, what was happening, and then question the child? I don't like to judge people without absolute evidence, but that does not seem believable to me.

In 1980 as a kindergartener I walked to school by myself, through a field surrounded by houses and past a forest and down a street maybe a 20 min walk Yes I had older sisters that went to the same school but I remember walking by myself all the time. In fact one day as I was that age walking home with a little friend a man in a long coat flashed us and we ran off. Though we did find it funny as hll lol. At the time. But later she told her parents and the police just showed up at my house. To talk to me and my parents. It’s funny though. I was never afraid after that. Maybe I was too young to know what that meant.
Now as a 13 year old I took the subway to school an arts school in Toronto Canada. By then I felt pretty street smart. And from then on I took the subway to school until I got a car. But then again Toronto might be the size of Chicago but it is wayyyyy safer, in all areas.
As for my parents. They were great parents. My father a professor and my mom was a journalist/worked at university library. 🤷🏼♀️
Now with my three children Twin boys 13 years later a little girl ….You better believe I dropped them off and picked them up.
Mom was coached. It's hard to believe someone you sleep with can hurt the little ones you love.

I am so very angry that Jennifer is NOT being considered a suspect when she continued lying to the police about dropping Madeline off at school. Jennifer was repeating the lies in order to cover for her boyfriend.
Also, I have questions about Madeline's birthday party. Why wasn't Jennifer there at the party? She says she was working BUT why would she plan her daughter's party on a day that she COULDN'T ATTEND? Apparently Madeline wasn't important enough to Jennifer for her to take the day off from work or to even plan the party on the day she was available.

@@OneJennifer247 I meant maddie should've told gma not to invite the monster. When I was about 10 y/o a family friend was married to a guy that gave me the hibbi jibbies and I didn't knew why. He was always very friendly to any kids that were around. One day my toy was caught in a tree branch. He offers to lift me up to get it and he lifted me up normally then grabbed my crouch super hard to lift me high. It shocked me and after that I avoided him like the plague. Even as a young child I knew it wasn't right. I never told anyone what happened.

And why would they make hee party when her mom was at work ans couldn't be there and just have that creep there ? Plus didn't the mom work nights? It looked day time when the party was. Why plan a bday doe your kid when you know you can't be there tho?!
I would never dream of leaving my child alone to walk into school or even onto the bus. I was amazed that the initial outrage was at the school for not informing the parents that their child was absent. Please just take that extra minute to watch your child walk into a building, or step onto the bus.
Also, Jen comforting the man who hurt and ended her daughter is the most gut wrenchingly cringe thing I've ever seen, whether she knew or not.

When i first saw his Statement , the first thing I noticed immediately...when he tells me how the morning went..where he drove her .....His head moves no no... and as if he was denying / lying ... his own words ....and when he says that she is a sweet girl...innocent ..bla bla then he nods....because then he's not lying and he's disgusting ...he doesn't think like a "dad"

That's probably why Stern and Jenn said they dropped Maddie off to walk the rest of the way to school, because they knew how busy that area was and it made their narrative sound better and fit better for how they felt in their heart that someone took her! Jenn and Stern are so fake!
The mother says she didn’t know her daughter wasn’t in school until 4:30 when she went to pick her up 🧐 schools notify by text, email and phone calls through an automated system that your child has been marked absent first thing in the morning for this reason alone.
This school (others too) only notified parents after the day was over. Every school in the area that did this, have now changed their policy because of this case, and will notify parents early in the morning. There are articles abou it somewhere.
It was quite an irresponsible policy not alerting a parent/guardian right away about an absent minor.

The mother did say in one of the TV interviews that law enforcement did take their phones, including Maddies.
I don't think that he ever dropped off at that church,. Him and the mother have been lying about this whole time line
Why is he NOT charged yet? He was in the area with a flat tire where Maddie's body was found? Authorities has video of him throwing out her backpack, school laptop etc.? Where is Maddie's mother?
As the years go by and Vinny has had to report on missing and murdered children, his voice and demeanor have changed. He no doubt loses sleep over it all. Vinny is one good strong voice for children.
This world needs more Vinny's.👍
