Can your panel explain the following: • prior bad acts can’t come in yet Gregor’s parents can come in like some kind of shiny reputation to rub onto Gregor’s terrible behaviour and history? • Grandparents or rather now just Grandpa portrays an image of a caring household where GRANDPA WAS DOING ALL THE THINGS • next issue, how come Corey’s mother’s past can be used when police investigated both parents and laid charges against Gregor. Corey’s mother was found to be not guilty of offences against Corey in the investigation into his death. Gregor being able to stare at Bre Micciolo while she testified, knowing that he has caused her the most harm of any other person in the world just felt wrong. First he SA’s a 16 year old Bre while he’s 21 and had a long standing girlfriend. Then he bullied her wanting her to abort Corey. It’s no wonder she sought relief from trauma in drugs as so many do. Gregor’s parent’s and Gregor then pursued custody of Corey at 5 years old because DNA proved Gregor was the father. Where is that family’s conscience. Can they not do the math? Can the courts that ordered the DNA test not do the math. 16 year old girl. 21 year old man. Besides that, Gregor isolated Corey from his family by wanting control of parenting Corey. The injuries escalated. Finally, why is the Defence attorney allowed to speak to every witness like they are guilty of something? Where is the professional conduct? In order for Gregor to look good everyone else that actually cared has to look bad. It’s ugly to watch. I don’t know how he sleeps at night. Can’t the judge admonish him for that level of bullying?
Where in the video did the school report child abuse? As a mandatory reporter in the state where I live, the teacher should have reported the abrasion on Cory’s the forehead, and other injuries that she and other teachers saw on Cory for a couple of weeks. Where I live, the school staff aren’t supposed to ask the child questions when child abuse is suspected. The school staff should immediately report suspected child abuse to the property authorities. All school staff, daycare providers and preschool workers are trained how to report suspected child abuse. The teachers should not have been talking to each other about Cory’s injuries and debating what to do. Mandatory reporters where I live who do not report suspected child abuse are subject to a criminal misdemeanor. The teacher on the stand and other school staff who suspected child abuse and did not report it, where I live, would have criminal convictions and not allowed to teach children.
Yes, I am a preschool teacher and we are required to watch mandated child abuse training videos at the beginning of each school year. This should always be every present. It is fine to discuss concerns with others, but the decision is completely on your own to decide whether to call based on your gut. It’s always good to report, if you feel called, as it gives a story over time. Sometimes the small concerns add up over time.
@bh2480 Are you saying the teacher should have gotten a lawyer prior to testifying? Why? As someone else stated - she wasn't on trial for Corey's murder. She was simply a witness sharing what she observed.

How Dare This Integrate Try To Point The Blame In The Direction Of The Mother... Why Would The Mother Call About Abuse Numerous Times IF She Was Doing It To Her Child??? WHOM She Had Had Until The Baby Was 5!!! The "Father" Enters The Child Life And ONE Year Later The Baby Is No Longer With Us??? He's Aggressively Trying To Defend A Guilty🤬🤬🤬
I noticed that he seems to feel free to get aggressive with most of the female witnesses, horrible aggressive manner, that shouldn't be tolerated I a court ,
@ruthwest1459 you are correct. If social services took them seriously. I'm sure this teacher wasn't going to put herself in harms way and confront Gregor. These teachers likely saw a ton of strange stuff go on during the pandemic. There were parents getting charged with public indecency because they walked behind Chromebook cameras with little clothes on. I'm thankful she's on the stand for Corey's sake. Hopefully he'll get justice someday soon.
I think he’ll definitely get serious abuse charges for sure because of that video.. but I seems like they have to correlate that as a definitive cause of death. They need to figure out what happened the last day Corey was with his dad.
What is the purpose of drilling the teacher about 3 years prior. It's a waste of time trying to discredit a first grade teacher about Key West vacation.

The defense attorney is attacking the teacher as if she is a hostile witness. She is a mandatory reporter to anything that concerns her to a student's well-being ,as a teacher.
He doesn't care about the well being of children, unless they're paying him I guess. He's practically been brought to tears telling how poor Chris and his parents were confronted by all 99 pounds of Cory's mother on their doorstep saying mean things, just because he beat her child to death. I don't think I can keep watching this trial, I'll just wait for the verdict.
Exactly ! They are mandated ! They are suppose to report to principle then both are suppose to report to CPS and in our state they are suppose to report to the police as well as a back up just in case CPS doesn’t do case ASAP like now ! Where if school reports to police then they make call to CPS which is DSS in my State . They go out there together preferably ! They will go alone though ! It’s a law and crime !

Seems like a lovely teacher. Corey was lucky to have her in his life while he did. I hope she’s doing well as I’m sure Corey’s death and this entire thing has deeply effected her as well has his little class mates.
The defense attorney is nasty. What is the point of grilling the teacher over and over again about virtual learning during the time of the vacation? I wish she had said “If Corey logged onto class during his vacation, I would have noted his presence.” I would really have trouble sitting on the stand without sweetly asking “For the third time, sir, that’s what I said.” “Please let me know what you can’t understand, sir.” “Are you attempting to impugn my integrity and experience, sir?” “Do you understand I am a MANDATED reporter? What does that mean to you, sir? I teach first grade so I’m confident I can help you with comprehension.”

I had the same thought he knows they don't like him and he has to know it affects his client. There is always a chance he hates his clients too but still has to do his job.
Would you agree, Mr. Gallucci, that Corey being dead in New Jersey and Chris in Tennessee is clearly not a vacation in Key West? Mr. Gallucci, would you agree that you think the whole world is too stupid to understand that your client is guilty? Sir, you just keep digging that hole deeper for Chris. He didn't go to Key West, he didn't have a plan to go to Key West, he did not have the usual trip planning guides that most people go by. No hotel or AirBnB reserved, no plane tickets, nothing that normal people would do. So Mr. Gallucci, your client lied about going to Key West. And don't you think it quite convenient that Corey died in New Jersey at the time your client says he was going to be in Key West?
Thank you ! You just answered all my questions about the whole Key West thing. There was no paper trail showing his plans ? What the heck was that even about ? Why did he feel the need to say that ? I hope this piece of garbage gets life without parole.
@@kathymacellis9478 It would show premeditation, if he planned to kill Corey, he would have an alibi. Nobody fabricates alibis unless they intend to need an alibi. He didn't intend on going to Key West, so that would buy him time if the teachers knew he would not be in school. This murder was premeditated because he was formulating a plan.
Because Corey was being abused so bad that his bruises would never heal and CG had to hide them. What a vicious a$$hole he is. Please get justice for Corey!
I absolutely agree this attorney is just as arrogant and cocky as Christopher and his father. I understand why they hired him ...birds of a feather flock together. Between the treadmill video and the arrogant attorney and nothing planned for a trip to Key West and the fact Christopher fleeing the state, deleting information from electronics he's going to be found guilty. I hope he's given life with no possible parole. I think there may be some prison justice and Christopher may get a taste of what he put Corey through. That poor helpless little boy.... it's heartbreaking!
God bless this intelligent, diligent and caring teacher. She is using her voice to speak on behalf of this poor abused, murdered child who had so much potential and could have done great things with his life except that his so-called father stole his life from him.🙏🏻🕊️
This lawyer is bullying her. Of course she is not going to expect a child to attend virtual school if the parent says he is going on vacation in Key West. Kids on vacation do not attend school in person, neither do you expect them to attend virtually. That's ridiculous. When Coreys dad said what do I need to do for Corey to attend virtually, he was talking about the time he (convenient excuse) needed to isolate because of potential exposure of germs in a crowd. This lawyer is nitpicking AND throwing shade "because you were so concerned (about the bruising) that you talked to others about it (but did not get clarification about the virtual learning during the vacation time). Listen lawyer, this teacher is not the person on trial. And she is legally obligated to report issues with children that raise red flags. If she had seen all this bruising and not talked to others about it, she would be considered at fault as well.
His Defense Attorney is grasping @ straws. His yelling @ the witnesses on the stand isn't going to go over well with the Jurors nor will it get him a Not Guilty verdict either! Ontario, 🇨🇦
This lawyer is a freaking bully ... and what does going on vacation after the child is dead having anything to do with anything? What is his point? How does this prove he didn't beat his son to death?
Well fig you’ve never lost a child then you’d really never know, the fact is no parent who’s just lost a child ever wants to leave the housee far less go on a few holidays with the girlfriend. Corey was an inconvenience to this man but he was too stuborn to let his father, who is a bit of a bully, raise Corey. he know doubt had more time for this little boy than he did with Christopher as he was now retired. I think it was his father that wanted a grandson & made him take on the responsibility so I think he hurt ended up killing this beautiful little boy because he resented or even hated his mother. To hear he actually got Bree pregnant at the age of 16 which is eyebrow raising, I dare say his father wasn’t pleased !! Bree didn’t want him to know about Corey as he wanted her to have an abortian she said no & off he went for 4yrs & he never told his family about Corey from the start so he robbed his parents of an additional 4yr with their grandson, I’d never forgive him
every time I tune in to this case I get a brainbleed just looking at that horrible defence lawer.. He is ALWAYS so unlikable, snarky and just an asshole. I hope the jury feels the same so this shite of a dad can rot in jail
Some people from New York and New Jersey seem to often behave/speak that way. Just angry and argumentative about everything! You're spot on with snarky and Ahole! The teacher did well against his arrogant hostile questioning of the same thing again and again. What difference does it make whether she thought they were going on vacation or he was going to attend class virtually when NEITHER happened as the boy was MURDERED by his "Dad" Aka sperm donor.

His defense lawyer is an idiot! He's acting argumentative to the teacher for NO REASON; and VACATION to anyone means no work, no school....duhhh! It was Spring break!!!
He said he was taking Corey to Key West the week after Spring Break, which is kind of weird because you'd think he would want to take him while school was not in session. Maybe the custody agreement said the mom could have him on Spring Break so he just decided he was going to have a week with him too. He's such an arrogant jerk.
I think Corey's teacher did a great job talking with her concerns to the nurse, with the proper case workers, other teachers when she was suspicious of Corey's going virtually after the first bruise/abrasion over his eye and then seeing more bruising on his face. Ms Peace did a great job, she is a wonderful teacher, noticing a change and making her concerns heard. I wish all teachers would be like her. The problem was that a vacation, and drs ignoring the sheer number of bruises on Corey's body was blocking the protection Corey needed. Ms Peace did everything RIGHT!!
Chris knew about Corey from the time he an infant. The real trouble didn't start until the g parents found out about him and pushed Chris to get custody and be involved in Corey's life
yep they are directly responsible for that baby's death.directly and personally responsible for that childs death. already knew that his son was a convicted violent felon with specific child abvse and r4pe convictions. several convictions in several states. he lost his teaching job and real estate license because he wasn't allowed near children. this cop knew his son was a convicted violent s3x 0ffender and child abvser, knew that Cory's mom was once a child victim of his son, that Cory himself was the result of said child r4pe by his full grown man baby. this child's mom didn't have a single criminal charge despite how much they play up the fact that she now 27 briefly experimented with drugs before she turned 20, directly because of the abvse and trauma carrying a delivering a r4p3 baby as a child herself caused her. she expiriemented with drugs for less of a time than what it took his son to rack up all those violent, s3xual, child avse convictions. to clarify, not allegations, not charges, proved beyond a reasonable doubt by an honorable judge in a court of law CONVICTED. despite this retired cop fully knowing that his son wasn't even legally allowed near children because of his numerous numerous numeroouuusss convictions, this man still demanded and did everything in his power with his excessive wealth and undeserved title to hire the best of the best attorneys, to hound harrass and continue to abuse this child's abvsed impoverished mom and only family. this man was fully well aware of his son's convictions, he was at all the hearings. and he still bought him a fvcking mansion to put it up next to her basement apartment to make her look (in their own words) trashy, poor, and unstable. Cory lived 5 beautiful safe sane and healthy years with his mother and grandparents. not a whisper of concern from any doctor, teacher, friend, not the slightest bump on the head, not so much as a broken arm from falling off a jungle gym. meets dad and is dead in under a year. meets dad and was so beaten and battered that there were over 100 seperate visible injuries that she documented and reported each time in less than a year. the emergency room doctor told her the day before her son died to not bring him back to that man, that man continued to threaten her until she folded out of fear of alienation, did some of you never read his texts mere hours before Cory died? did you not watch the video? how the fvck does anybody pointing out how this failure of a cop directly caused Cory's death make anyone other than the dead kids paternal family look bad? Cory would've never met these strangers if his grandfathers money, title, and insistence didn't put him there. they couldn't stand the thought of their picture perfect king of suburban america little convict having a "trashy baby mama" that he "has to pay child support to" nuh uh, not someone with their family name, they cant have the trashy poors raising their first *sniffle sniffle* first *wipes away pretend tear* their first grandson gosh darn it! hes gonna be raised to be a REAL man like this convict father! cauze they clearly did it right the first time (sarcasm) this convicted violent s3x offender hated this child because he knew he had to pretend to love him in public to make it believable to the court that he actually wanted custody, he never did he just wanted control, he couldn't even pretend to love care or want that child for a month before starting to beat him with bats and poles, called this six year old baby fat and slammed him over and over and over again. couldn't pretend to have empathy, concern, love or a genuine desire for a relationship for a full year without murdering that kid. this man knew every last detail of this, and should have been FORCED to watch his son abvse cory on that treadmill. forced to watch his convict BITE THAT CHILD ON THE FVCKING HEAD BECAUSE HE KNEW HIS HAIR WOULD COVER IT. that man deserves to be forced to watch that video immediately after waking up in the morning and immediately before falling asleep for the rest of his fvcking life. i would maybe MAYBE be more sympathetic if this man finally admitted his sons abuse, if he didnt get on that stand to testify in his sons behalf, if he didnt continue to defend his son even after he finally mvrdered a child. but he did. he should be forced to watch what he caused. wouldnt surprise me if he did the same himself. grandma should be forced to watch that video daily too. the audacity for that woman to cry and whine on the stand about "threats" after this childs death. "threats" that the judge made a point to clarify were nothing more than "your son will be investigated for murder." she got up on that stand and pretended to be a victim because they told her that her son will be charged AGAIN. cried about legitimate wanted posters. no THEY were the real victims. not the child r4p3 victim who kept the pregnancy and did everything right by that boy, not the grandparents that imediatly stepped in and stepped up when mom needed more support, and not the dead baby boy that died under the care of their already convicted violent s3x offender and child abvser 8 times over, and now finally child mvrderer. makes me sick. wonder how many more bodies that family have.
omg i cant i cant believe that so many people admire my mother ❤ thank you so much she is doing really well if you wanna know and im pretty sure shes one of the best teachers in nj she works very hard and she went back to college to get her masters degree and whenever i hear her scores she always gets 100/100 I’ve never heard a time she got any less
Badgering the teacher about whether or not the father meant Corey was going to do remote learning during vacation is a "mute" point. Corey was no longer alive. 😢
LOL! Yes, he's got a very wide berth, but short little arms. His suits have to be big enough to fit around his ginormous middle, so the suits look ridiculously too big in the other places.
The defense attny's defense is that Gregor 1. provided bare minimum basic parenting (clothed him, provided school supplies, and drove him to school). And 2. Was "interested in his school", by creating a "system to communicate" about it, aka thumbs up or thumbs down, which in fact sounds like a parent who is seeking out reasons to punish a child. Asking simply for a "thumbs down" is not at all asking about how Corey was doing in school, or what could be done to help Corey, but was asking "was my kid bad". Gregor wanted to find excuses to punish him, end of story. This attny is constantly proving what a terrible father & person Gregor was/is, and I'm genuinely baffled at what his strategy is.
Also, the defense attny is bullying her for "being so concerned". She is a mandated reporter. She saw bruises and witnessed concerning behavior and situations, and was mandated to report it.
I just can not understand how any judge can take a healthy, happy child out of a life that he was loved and put this poor child with a man he did not know, and his life was hell from then on. Don;t we have child protective services in this country. Why didn't anyone believe the mom and get Corey out of that place? So many people have reported him to authorities and no one did one damn thing to help this poor child. Why?????? That's my question. Why didn't anyone help Corey when they know from his bruises and cuts that he was being abused by his so called father. This little boy must have been terrified every day of his life with this monster.
This is farcical. I'm so disgusted with his attorney being such an absolute jerk and asking stupid questions he's just grasping at straws at this point. He's guilty as hell, end of story. Lock this mad man up and throw away the keys. I'm done here on this case it's over for me. If he's not convicted of murder I'll be convinced that our legal system is failing innocent children miserably. I feel so sorry for that poor little boy and his mother. She's a complete wreck over his senseless and horrible death. That man is evil, just look at his eyes and his whole demeanor. 🤬
No one keeps their child out of school for a month unless something is very wrong. This asshole was clearly beating a defenseless 6 year old boy and trying to hide the evidence fro, anyone who could have helped. How can Corey's grandparents stand to support their son? I taught my children VALUES, RESPECT, SELF-CONTROL, KINDNESS. I would be first person to correct them if I heard they were behaving in any other way; not help them cover it up. Poor Corey deserved so much better. So, so much better. Shame on them all. 😢
I agree. If any of my grandkids showed up with bruises, I'm gonna be asking the parents wth happened. Depending on what it is, a dime size on their shin, I could accept a simple explanation of running into a coffee table. The number and size of bruises Corey had, I'm gonna be demanding to know what actually happened. My antennae would be up and alert, and I wouldn't hesitate to call them out, and call CPS myself. This grandma don't play that game. I'd hold my kids accountable if my grandkids were being abused.
So early on she was the one who was talking to the judge, laughing loudly in the hallway and they had to pull her in for a private questioning to ask why she was thanking the judge while they were walking out for a break. He assumed it was due to her asking to use the restroom during testimony but they pulled her in to clarify. It appeared that she was attention seeking and flirting. I thought I could be reading too much into it but her being gone tells me I was not. Also she fell asleep during one of the most important witness’s testimony, the ME.
The look Chris was giving that teacher was ice cold. He knew she was seeing bruises on Corey so he kept him home to do virtual learning. This guy is such an evil dirt bag. His ridiculous lawyer is not helping his case either by going so aggressively after this very credible, caring, likable teacher. He's not winning any points with the jury being such a jerk to her. Chris Gregor needs to rot in prison for what he did to Corey.
Here is another interesting thought. Corey did have bruises. Some were visable even when he was clothed. Some were seen when he was at the doctors or seen by police/child services when they looked under his clothes. It is very interesting he was sent to school in long sleeve clothing on hot days. I think we can figure out why. On those days he was inappropriately dressed for hot weather, it is quite likely this was done to cover up bruises.
As a School Social Worker, this should have been reported to the School Social Worker. I absolutely loved the teachers I worked with in my district. We were a team. Teachers spend the most time with our kiddos, from the start to the end of the school day. I have much respect for good teachers and adults who take of them. This district should reevaluate how they report potential child neglect/abuse and how to contact their Child Protective Services for further evaluation. Mrs. Peace, I know it's hard for you to have taught him and to know he's no longer with us.
I don't know what the defense attny strategy is with becoming so combative with this teacher. It is extremely off-putting. If I were on the jury, I would consider that he is trying so hard to make this witness look bad because he knows his client looks guilty.
I feel like Chris was abused by his father and he treated Corey the way his father treated him and his mom was the one that showed him love and affection but he wanted it from his dad and didn’t get it
The treadmill video and medical examiner’s autopsy findings are all that’s needed for the jury to say GUILTY. The video shows how violent and unrelenting. The autopsy showed that Corey died from a tear, so “ripped” from the INSIDE of the chamber of his little ventricle of his heart which is a very unusual injury and would force (incomprehensible). In addition at the same time he had bleeding from his liver and injury to his lung, none of which sustained during cpr. As a previous ER triage nurse Corey was alert fit and well at 9am and what we would call a GCS of 15 when he was dropped off by his mother to his father. Corey received the injury he died from those hours he was with his father, in a fit of rage he has done the unthinkable. He has done even worse than the treadmill if that was even possible. As the medical examiner so expertly testified the so called sepsis inflammation the desperado defense keep blaming Corey’s death for is completely different inflammation response to injury inflammation that the body produces. Also that fact that precious Corey was vomiting, pale, hard to wake is a very serious sign his body was preparing itself for immediate survival. The body shuts down all unnecessary organs to keep the brain, lung and heart going which is why people often lose bowel function or vomit prior to a cardiac arrest for example. The pale ashy colour of the skin and lethargic sleepiness is a desperate bid by the body to pool the blood from arms, legs just to the heart and brain. My heart and prayers go to Corey you darling cherub❤ no one can hurt you now, Corey’ mum complete strangers feel your pain, Jurors see the truth for justice, Judge do what presiding privilege means and sentence this child torturer/killer the maximum. So heartbreakingly tragic for an innocent little boy 😢
i don’t understand why it matters if she was talking about virtual learning during vacation or not, Corey had passed before then. why would the lawyer make such a big deal about her misunderstanding?
Teacher's are angels sent from heaven. They have arguably one of the most thankless but important jobs in the world. I always spoiled my daughters teacher's trying to show our appreciation. I didn't wait for Teacher's Appreciation day/week.
Is the prosecution awake? He's badgering and argumentative to the teacher. She was asked and she answered many times: she heard "vacation" and understood that to mean there would be no virtual learning for that period, like every other human being would. If you tell your boss you're going on vacation, no one thinks you'll be logging on to do work. What is wrong with this man and why isn't the DA objecting?
The prosecution will know that he’s making himself look bad in front of the jury, so they’re just letting him carry on. The more unlikeable he is, the worse it is for the defences case.
It’s ridiculous that very few teachers try to stand up for abused children by voicing their concerns to DCFS (CPS), and the few who do are not taken seriously, and are then attacked and made out to be a villain. Teachers spend enough time with our kids to notice behavioural changes in them, and DCFS should take their concerns a lot,ore seriously. Perhaps children’s lives would be saved if they did. Kudos to this brave teacher for trying to do the right thing, obviously her suspicions were 100% correct.
🕊Coey's teacher Miss.Peace is NOT on Trial..🤬😤 She reported her concerns about Corey's well-being, just as Bre did And both were ignored..💔 Defense is definitely grasping...
This has got to be one of the worst defense attorney's I've seen. I know he's "just doing his job", however the way he talks to witnesses, like he's attacking them and zeroing in on subjects that don't matter, just has to infuriate the jury.
Yes, and the evidence for that would be a text message from the 'dear father'. It's like the annoying hysteric from the granny recalling her son's going on the phone "what has she done to him?!" pathetic
When a bully of a 'father' hires a bully of an attorney...we get this. Also, I can no longer stomach Christopher Gregor's despicable face and he deserves to get his ass kicked in prison for what he did. I pray for justice for that sweet innocent child, may he rest in heavenly peace.
The thing that really cements my opinion on this case is that in the treadmill video Corey isn't complaining/having a tantrum/acting up over being forced back onto the treadmill each time as you would expect a 6yo to. Hes suffering through it and obviously afraid of the consequences of not doing it.
💯 agree. It is hard to watch. Every time he gets up with his theatrical stretch of his arms. I can’t stand the sound of his voice! It was like the Parkland shooters vile defense teams behaviour. The victim’s parents shot them down with very powerful statements. They all looked stunned and ashamed. Worth watching.
His father claimed to the teacher that Cory was on vacation with him in Key West....but in reality he was trying to hide Cory's bruises by keeping him home from school.
It’s annoying that his lawyer keeps questioning about the trip and being in school virtually. Wtf does it matter? At the end of the day his lawyer can yell and talk to people like they are assholes but his client will still be found guilty
@@Juanita-gf4teThe Key West vacation was meant to be during the Easter break but Corey passed away on good friday. Chris kept Corey at home the week before the Easter holidays but he was doing his lessons virtually. The teacher did say that she saw bruises during the virtual lessons
That atty tried everything he could to get that sweet teacher to trip up on her words and make it sound like she didn’t really know what was going on during the vacation! He didn’t accomplish it though! He’s an idiot
I watched on Law & Crime Network, they had Johnny Depp's lawyer (a very good lawyer) on there to react to Gregor's lawyer. And he said he thought it wasn't smart at all the way he treated another witness. And basically thought it made him unlikable. This one is even worse. What is his strategy here smh
The guy is just plain scary, the icy look and the tightness of his face, like he wants to unleash hell on all the witnesses, he has the face of a monster.
Imagine trying to teach a bunch of wiggly 6 year olds and keep track of some virtually....This woman is a marvel. Is this about 20 kids to keep track of?

The teacher is certainly a key witness. Chris should be very worried with this women’s testimony. Long sleeves frequently in warm weather and bruises were something she was very aware and concerned about. Chris you don’t look to innocent! I’m sure he’s going away for murder of his precious 6 year old son! Sickening😢
The defense attorney is such a tool ! What does he think he's accomplishing by acting hostile towards all the witnesses for the prosecution? If I was on the jury, I would be swayed even more against the defendant by this behavior!
It's bad enough that a RAPIST gets to see a child that he 'fathered' because of rape, but these idiots Gave. Him. Custody. Child Services failed this boy. The courts failed this boy. I do not blame the mother at all. As a victim of sexual assault i know far to well the pain and anguish and answer that comes after. I know many survivors who have turned to substances to try to forget what happened. She was trying to just survive. She asked for help. No help came. Child Services interviewed this child IN HIS ABUSERS HOME. That makes no sense!
The more I hear what this teacher is saying, Covid School Closings were a HUGE mistake across this country! I can see where many kids would have been left behind.
Why is this bonehead defense attorney picking on that poor teacher? Just to win an argument about what a vacation means to her. It just puts him in a bad light with the jurors. He is coming across as a bully.

This was during Covid so what he was saying is that Corey could have been exposed to Covid. Defense is twisting his words

Can your panel explain the following:
• prior bad acts can’t come in yet Gregor’s parents can come in like some kind of shiny reputation to rub onto Gregor’s terrible behaviour and history?
• Grandparents or rather now just Grandpa portrays an image of a caring household where GRANDPA WAS DOING ALL THE THINGS
• next issue, how come Corey’s mother’s past can be used when police investigated both parents and laid charges against Gregor.
I’m proud of the school for reporting the concerns.

And yet with all the reports from the school and from the mother, cps failed this poor child. Shocking

Yep bold move on his part to not take the plea deal.
I think he’ll definitely get serious abuse charges for sure because of that video.. but I seems like they have to correlate that as a definitive cause of death. They need to figure out what happened the last day Corey was with his dad.
That and the fact that he LEFT the hospital basically immediately he died!

If she had seen all this bruising and not talked to others about it, she would be considered at fault as well.

Why is Gregor's attorney making everyone on the witness stand run on his imaginary TREADMILL? He's so warped!

Badgering the teacher about whether or not the father meant Corey was going to do remote learning during vacation is a "mute" point. Corey was no longer alive. 😢

I cannot stand this defence lawyer. He needs to stop with his T-Rex arms waving around. It's so annoying.

Good afternoon, and Thank You for posting this Trial. Justice for Corey.🙏🙏🙏🙏
This judge seems to be an attention seeker. Lousy judge..
He appears to look bored/asleep to me . . .
CPS is composed of lazy and incompetent government workers, therein lies the problem
He makes me sick to my stomach
Wow! I said a week ago that Juror #3 was a problem
Thank god she’s out of there!! She would have derailed the whole verdict
Why was Juror 3 a problem?
Have you been to the trial and watched the jurors or how do you know?
Was she the one who fell asleep during the medical examiner's testimony about Corey's cause and manner of death? If so, good. Get her tf outta there!
really?? Why? Did She look sympathetic to the monster???
So early on she was the one who was talking to the judge, laughing loudly in the hallway and they had to pull her in for a private questioning to ask why she was thanking the judge while they were walking out for a break.
He assumed it was due to her asking to use the restroom during testimony but they pulled her in to clarify.
It appeared that she was attention seeking and flirting.
I thought I could be reading too much into it but her being gone tells me I was not.
Also she fell asleep during one of the most important witness’s testimony, the ME.
Lots of respect for elementary school teachers. Great testimony.
Please God let this Jury get it right. #12 falling asleep now hearing #3 is booted? Shame.
The attorney is making a fool of himself.
This poor excuse for a defense lawyer is ugly in every way imaginable.
The worst defense attorney I've ever had the displeasure of seeing after watching years of trial coverage. Such an unlikable jerk.
I don't know what the defense attny strategy is with becoming so combative with this teacher. It is extremely off-putting. If I were on the jury, I would consider that he is trying so hard to make this witness look bad because he knows his client looks guilty.
So many people failed this poor baby! 😢
I feel like Chris was abused by his father and he treated Corey the way his father treated him and his mom was the one that showed him love and affection but he wanted it from his dad and didn’t get it
No just his dirtbag father
@@esthertorres4541sure maybe there was abuse, but Christopher’s father didn’t murder him. Christopher however did murder his son.
Corey should never had been placed with Gregor he would have been better off with his mom supervision if needed.
This monster needs to rot in prison for what he did to Corey. Rest in peace Corey.
God bless this teacher she saw right through gregors bs and didnt hesitate to call !! Rest in peace sweet Corey❤
First grade teachers are Angels on this planet. I still remember mine. Shame on the defense.
omg i cant with theese comments you are so sweet god bless you oh btw that women is my mother
i don’t understand why it matters if she was talking about virtual learning during vacation or not, Corey had passed before then. why would the lawyer make such a big deal about her misunderstanding?
this lawyer almost infuriates me as much as the Murderer
Right ? He’s probably a friend of the family
For me its enough seen.. case closet, this guy is behind bars, throw away the key. Let him rot in there😊

Teachers are mandatory reporters. We go through training. We have to report when we see something.
🕊Coey's teacher Miss.Peace is NOT on Trial..🤬😤 She reported her concerns about Corey's well-being, just as Bre did And both were ignored..💔
Defense is definitely grasping...
This is so ridiculous!
This Atty. is confusing this Lady needlessly!
This has got to be one of the worst defense attorney's I've seen. I know he's "just doing his job", however the way he talks to witnesses, like he's attacking them and zeroing in on subjects that don't matter, just has to infuriate the jury.
That defense attorney just tried to say the bruises were on him because he was in school virtually with his mother and her family?!
Yes, and the evidence for that would be a text message from the 'dear father'. It's like the annoying hysteric from the granny recalling her son's going on the phone "what has she done to him?!" pathetic
i think she is a very very good attentive teacher.
The teacher isn't on trial. The so called father's lawyer is disgusting jerk.
I agree
Rip little angel 😇🙏😇
What does going to Key West have to do with Corey's death?
His father claimed to the teacher that Cory was on vacation with him in Key West....but in reality he was trying to hide Cory's bruises by keeping him home from school.
@@Juanita-gf4te OK. Thanks.

Defense attorney is acting like a bully.
The guy is just plain scary, the icy look and the tightness of his face, like he wants to unleash hell on all the witnesses, he has the face of a monster.
You would think a seasoned defense attorney would know that attacking witnesses is unbecoming… perhaps he knows his client is guilty 😊
EXACTLY MY THOUGHTS!!! HE MUST BE INTENTIONALLY SABOTAGING HIM!!!
The defense attorney is digging a giant hole for his client. That's what matching egos get you!

So teacher observed brusing to face 3 different days and didn't report it to CPS?
Why is this bonehead defense attorney picking on that poor teacher? Just to win an argument about what a vacation means to her. It just puts him in a bad light with the jurors. He is coming across as a bully.
45:09 No he didn’t say Corey was out of state with the other parent. He said he was IN CONTACT with the other parent’s family who had been out of state to attend a mass gathering.
