@@Bluemoonfishing during the training I start on the second thumb to get people started. This way it goes thumb, thumb, finger, finger to help people get coordinated. Then once you get that you can start with the Thumb, finger finger Thumb. It just kind of loops around and doesn't matter once you get it going. (That question/explanation comes up as we chat in the video too)
