Oh, nice without having poha and cooked rice soft idli and dosas. Actually in our families we used to put our hand in a batter and nicely mixing would be ideal one for fermenting that idli or dose batter. It is always a usual thing in our homes. U also did it with nicely.

Hello ma'am. Very good recipe. Ma'am recently I have started using millets to make dosa. But I have a problem my dosas stick to the cast iron tawa. I didn't have this problem when I was using rice to make dosa. I use coconut oil for making dosa.

I live yr recipes, however I never add cooked rice or poha to my idly or dosa batter nor do I run my hands so long just use hands to clean the grinder container and I leave it in my oven with lights on coz it’s mostly cold here and ut ferments really really nicely.
