Thank you for showing us, but I do not recommend messing a lot with your carburetor adjustment screws, but this is definitely an exception just don’t mess with the screws too much

I believe the last two digits of the serial number is the year.

Why did you put the fuel cut-off valve AFTER the filter? Defeats the purpose entirely.

@WoeDee216 why do you need Cutoff valve in the first place? If you can answer that, then you'll know.
