    Hi Tati! Long time watcher here! You are pretty much the only reason I have embraced beauty and femininity over these last couple of years. I have been going through some health problems and started drinking smoothies and juices because you spoke about the health benefits on your channel. Now, my mom is into juicing and smoothies too!     I love how you incorporate healthy eating into your videos! I just graduated with my BS in nutrition. I stay healthy by making sure I eat a balanced diet full of fruits, veggies, and whole grains!

    Im struggling with weight and have been for years. Ive been very sad and depressed, so when no one is home, I blast my favorite song and dance for at least an hour! Doing this helps me become more healthy slowly and a bonus is it also helps with my sadness & depression :) I appreciate the give away! Your so caring a generous with you subbies! ♥ YOU!

    I'm a runner, and a firm believer that you've got to stay active. Of course what you eat is so important, but something about exercise is just an amazing rush!

    Haha I call my daily smoothie (which is craazy similar to this one) my multivitamin too! I love your sensible spirit and videos, Tati! Please make more nutrition and health videos - they're always spot on. My favorite health habit is to exercise 3 - 5 days a week and have a green smoothie every day - when I do this everything else just falls into place. And this smoothie totally works btw, guys. My skin totally changed days after I bucked up and started having smoothies daily, and everyone I knew was complimenting me on my 'makeup' lol. A tip - blend up just greens and water for a drink that will wake you up as well as coffee will, but for far longer and with no crash. I use a super cheap blender that leaves everything in chunks because Im a poor grad student and have a terribly slowly growing vitamix fund so being gifted this would be a dream come true!

    My favorite way to stay healthy is to eat tons of fruits and veggies. I am obsessed with fresh picked berries and watermelon! YUM! I also try to exercise as much as possible despite my hectic schedule!

    I love blending my greens to stay healthy! Last summer I grew my own kale and I loved it, it's definitely my favourite green. I've never tried carrots though, going to have to try this!

    great Video Tati! I haven't had a green smothie before but I am very keen on trying one. My favourite way to stay healthy is to walk and bike to places whenever I can. I also love to go running with my boyfriend cause being healthy together is so much more fun.

    This was amazing selection of fruit and veggies. Very balanced. I started working out daily and to add more energy to it I also make smoothies. I find it helps to stay balanced with your diet, you can take it to go and/or save some for later. Great for body and mind. Thank you Tati for your amazing videos :)

    Oh and I love taking long walks, I do my daily workouts from home because I can't go to the gym with my toddler... I drink green smoothies exactly the way you make them but without the celery and difficult fruits that can't blend well in a very old cheap blender. I drink tons of water and I read my daily scripture from the bible to my daughter... Staying positive and feeling wonderful about your own body is a must to be happy in life... Love you!

    I drink a Greek yogurt smoothie with frozen blueberries, unsweetened almond milk, half banana. I put one flax seed oil pill in, and honey. I will definitely try your smoothie and need a Vitamix in my life!

    I tried this this morning & it was great! I think the lemon balances the whole thing. My favorite way to stay healthy is to do zumba! I also love Just Dance. You'd be surprised how fun & what a work out it actually is! :)

    I used to drink lots of green smoothies, and I'd like to do it again now the weather is better and spring is in the air :-) . I love keeping myself healthy eating big salads with all kinds of fruits and vegetables, drinking plenty of water and going swimming and doing a spinning class in the gym. I love your videos!

    This is an excellent way to take in all of the benefits of it. I am trying to cut out processed sugars and such. This smoothie doesn't make me feel like I'm on a sugarless diet!

    I love eating healthy and "drinking my vitamins" as you say!!! It is a great way to get vitamins into your diet and it helps that it tastes amazing!! I also love dancing and doing dancing workout videos! It helps motivate me to exercise because it doesn't feel like exercising!!

    I love making smoothies!! I completely agree it is like my multi vitamin but I prefer to drink fresh ingredients rather than taking them in a tablet form. I feel like smoothies are so versatile, they can be a snack, breakfast on the run, a desert (especially in the summer).
    I really wanted to try this because my blender is quite old now and I really need a new one.

    My favorite way of staying healthy is by being active every single day! I love yoga, kickboxing, biking, and rock climbing so I make sure to leave time out of my day for at least one activity. I also try to eat as healthy as possible by cutting out refined sugars and adding more greens into my diet. THANKS FOR THE GIVEAWAY TATI!!     I stay healthy by eating at least two different types of fruit every day (fresh, frozen, whatever I have on hand), drink lots of water and do a little exercise routine at night.     Yum! My favorite way to stay healthier is h20! Staying hydrated and flushing out the toxins is crucial! I also try to eat organic and get adequate amounts of sleep. A positive mind and a loving heart always helps too :)

    I've gotten back to drinking a lot of hot tea at night whenever I have a snack craving. I'm so bad about late night snacking, but I find that a good cup of green or white tea and honey is the perfect treat! Pair that with a nice relaxing yoga session: awesome de-stresser!
