I bought the same model a few months back. I have 4 vehicles plus 3 motorcycles and at the rate places charge for cleaning injectors this unit has paid for itself. A lot of stuff came out of my injectors as well so it definitely works for anyone else that's thinking of picking one up.
@@erickvillalba5985 Dear friend, you can search for our brand AUTOOL CT150. This device is available on Amazon. Thanks for your great support. Best regards
Pretty sure that tube just sticks into those holders and that is your level indicator (it's at the bottom of the tank... you dont fill from the bottom)
Please can you measure the voltage of the pump? I own this machine with no working pump at all. I dont know if the voltage is not correct or pump is broken. Thanks
Nice! Another UA-camr (Jason Xu) posted about how gasoline ate all the plastic on the front panel and the injector pigtails. I tried some isopropanol (50%) with a little bit of Lucas tonight. Seemed to work well
What's isopropanal? I just bought this machine as well and I'm trying to clean and flow test local racers injectors any info would be highly beneficial TIA
Does it not offer a mode for static testing? (Always open state?) it seems like even the high speed is pulsing. I was about to pull the trigger and now I’m second guessing. Doesn’t seem like you can get a true nominal flow test
I’m not quite positive, I honestly use it more for a budget baseline/clean and match but I think the price of most of these machines are coming down steadily. Maybe you can find one that has the things you are looking for
what do you do with the old fluid? do you have to change it out every test? does it have a internal filter for that? does it work with most types of injectors>? putting a walbro 255 would it help with the cleaning process?
I have left it in there for these couple sets of injectors. I am not sure on an internal filter. Yes most injectors auto and cycle to my knowledge! I think the walbro helps with keeping up with larger injectors for flow testing
What made you decide buy the ct150 instead of the ct200 the only difference is that I can tell is that the ct200 is for 6 cylinder ct150 4 cylinder is that basically the only difference in the to thank you
The most interesting thing is ahead when the front control panel starts to crumble, and it will crumble, so Launch sells them separately and this device is nowhere to be found, I already filled the Chinese mail with letters, they don’t sell them separately and that’s it. It would be better if I added money and bought Launch, but greed won, that's me to myself.
I took a quick peek on Ebay to see what fuel injector cleaning services cost. I saw $15 to $30 per injector. Let's average it out to $22. X 8 cylinders, = $176, plus tax, shipping and down tkme...... looks like this would pay for itself after 2 cleanings.
I ended up upgrading my fuel pump to a Walbro 255 I had laying around and a better fuel pressure gauge, which helped with cleaning/testing larger injectors.
hi man i have a 255 was wondering how u did the mod because i was looking to do that to wen i do big injectors the pressure goes to 0 and sprays like shit lol so i kind of need to do them one by one and even at that
drag lane sorry for the late response. If u take the back of the tester apart it’s pretty straight forward. It has a little tank with the fuel pump halfway submerged in it. Just need to pull the old pump and and swap it with your 255. I also replaced the fuel pressure gauge with a nicer one I had sitting around.
Hi, I just got mine today and the first thing I did was flood to table. So I guess I am not the only one doing it 🤣🤣🤣. I believe they show the wrong value (content up to 2000ml equates 2Liters) which will overflow. Also the sidetube has a 1 Liter mark that is above the glasstube level. It does have a thin red line but not obvious to note. What bugs me is that I have to bring up the pump pressure level if I had the power switch of. Also for a precise flow test the pressure should be up before the test starts. I will have to get more accustomed with it. The instruction appear good at first but are a google translation from mandarin or similar. Also they do mix and match the ct150 and the ct200 in one booklet. Greetings, Bernhard
Post link to the fluids you bought please !! Thanks
Updated with links, thanks!

Heck yeah! Just nice to have to I think
Note: In Australia and the UK, mineral spirits is called mineral turpentine. Seafoam is avalable here but Nulon injector cleaner is far cheaper.
thank you, bro. hope you like our devices. best wishes to you!
love it!
Hey how can i buy one from you guys?

How am I able to get a hold of different Injectors top hats
@@billyxiong7210 Dear friend, you can buy these accessories at your local store or online.
Hi! How is it holding up? Worth it?
I just ordered an asnu junior! Super excited to get it!
Heck yeah! Let me know how you like it
how much one of those units run I been looking online have not found enough info on them. I will like to get one my self.
Bro How much that??
I love it... and 4600 plus the ultrasonic cleaner
Po302 Subaru sti. May be injectors. Troubleshooting all the steps. If problem is injectors may get this. After a leakdown test

What fluids did your friend recommend for flowing and cleaning? Post links in description?
www.asnu.com
This is the company he suggested for cleaning fluids as well as flowing fluids. 🤘

Damn that sucks! Yeah I’ve heard that and I’m glad I didn’t try it and ruin it. I’m glad to hear that worked for you 💪👏
What's isopropanal? I just bought this machine as well and I'm trying to clean and flow test local racers injectors any info would be highly beneficial TIA
Jason Hiboost rubbing alcohol. They sell 50/50 water at Walmart for like $0.80 in the Pharmacy section
It is still working and if you hook 4 injectors to it will there be enough PSI to clean all 4 injectors
Does it not offer a mode for static testing? (Always open state?) it seems like even the high speed is pulsing. I was about to pull the trigger and now I’m second guessing. Doesn’t seem like you can get a true nominal flow test

Honestly it was just cheaper I think, and I figured I’d have to do at least 2 cycles with either one considering I’m usually doing an 8 cyl 🤷♂️
How is this machine holding up? Pumps go out from what I'm hearing

Very cool, I have a feeling you didn't buy that to just tinker around, you will be an expert in no time seeing what you have accomplished so far.
Wow, thank you so very much for the kind words! I’m on it 🙏
After testing does, it make a mess when you remove the injectors from the rail?
Kind of lol I just pick the whole rail up and let it drain down as best I can if that makes sense
Is mineral spirit a good alternative fluid for testing the injectors?
I’d say yes, although I’m not overly experienced in this. I was able to do what I felt was a good job. There is specific fluid for this job though

up to what size injectors you think that machine can run?
hard to say, it has a walbro 255 pump in it. I have had a couple buddies install a 450 lol
I ended up upgrading my fuel pump to a Walbro 255 I had laying around and a better fuel pressure gauge, which helped with cleaning/testing larger injectors.
That’s a pretty solid idea. I was looking at changing the gauge and getting it out of the way a little, super annoying lol Thanks for the tip!

Killadsm how big of injectors are you doing? And how much did it inscreass the pressure by?
NEU IMPACT I run 2200cc injectors. So I have cleaned 2200cc injectors. But I usually will clean 1 or 2 at a time. It increased pressure by a lot.

Great info thanks! Yes I think it’s a mandatory part of ownership to spill fluid lol
How to drain the fluids? The ultrasonic fluid and the tester fluid?
So the white tube on the side drains the test tube portion, and the ball valve on the back drains the ultrasonic cleaner
These are $285 on ebay at the moment. Seems reasonable?
Are they really? Damn hell yeah lol
@@DickHamm does it drive low impedance injectors as well? I have four 160's i need to clean. lol
I have the same one but the manual came in Chinese only. can you send me a copy of yours by any chance?
I chucked my manual unfortunately! It wasn’t much help to be honest. Check online for a pdf?
When you gonna do another live feed chat?
Possibly soon! I’d like to do some more
Emerged?!? That means to move something out of the way lol.
I think you are trying to say Submerged…
