I would love to see Lauren , Cady , Emanuel and Vanille talking to each other about the UK and their accents 🇬🇧
That British guy look like Asian
That might be like Hogwarts.🤣🤣🤣😂
Exactly what I thought this video was and what I was gonna comment when I realised it wasn't
The Scot’s been living away from Scotland for a while.. probably in the US… not a typical Scottish accent..
Glad I am not the only one who thinks her accent isn't really much Scottish
+
really
Nah some people here just sound like that especially the east coast near Edinburgh. I know a Scottish twitch streamer who sounds a bit English or American sometimes and shes never left Scotland.
@@joeb7640 agreed! Especially Edinburgh….that’s just a weird accent sometimes! A weedgie perspective
Welcome to world friends 🇬🇧Vanille and 🇨🇦Kari , good to see Emanuel again , his videos are really great 🇬🇧
That British guy look like Asian
I’m Norwegian and had to smile when he guessed Norwegian when the Scottish girl was talking. The climates of Scotland and Norway are indeed very similar, we’re geographically very close and her English was very similar to how many of us speak English over here too.
She changed her accent I think
The Shetland Islands have an even more similar accent to Norwegian. The Norwegian vikings have been settling in the area that is Scotland today for hundreds of years. You can clearly hear that among the Germanic languages, the closest to British English in terms of rhythm is Norwegian. They tend to end everything on a higher pitch, much like a lot of British accents.
Can i ask you something please ?
I have Norway heritage like most here, I have blood red hair too, thanks
@@darrenhenderson6921 You’re a mook😒
"Are you Google ? Cause you are everything i've been searching for" , i've heard that before , Christina 🇺🇸 said that to "seduce" and "flirt" with Andrea 🇪🇦 , good that Hallie are in the videos as well , nice to see her back again 🇺🇸
That British guy look like Asian
2:39 Exactly how I describe the Canadian accent.
Sitting here with my Scottish (Glaswegian) accent torn apart by studying in Edinburgh, I think I sound awful. That Scottish girl sounded much nicer than mine! Goan yersel, lass!
Emanuel , you do have a sexy accent , loved your videos with Hunter , nice see you back and hope for more videos
Hey there! I’m a non english speaker.. can I ask you a question? Like you’ve said “nice see u back” so, is it the same with “nice seeing u back” ??
Thanks ;)
@@Emanuel-wo8ew Your English accent is really cool, which city are you from? I'm quite proud about my accent when speaking my language but I'm trying to mask it when speaking English
@@haruka_niki “nice see u back” is bad english it should be "nice to see you back" or "nice seeing you back"
That dude loves this gig lol
Guys, you were such good!
Why would they pick the UK flag for the English dude when Scotland is also in the UK?
That’s what I thought
You can tell this video was made by Americans
@@thomsboys77 it was made by South Koreans
UK= England?
Well it would make less sense if it was within the UK but he's from the UK on a global platform
To me the Irish (Dublin especially) is the sexiest and the scottish (Glasgow) is the cutest.
The Scottish lassie sounded like she had a wee bit of American in her accent. It was definitely a very subtle Scots twang. I wouldn't be surprised if she's spent quite a bit of time in the US, or around US people.
I have a feeling that with these, all of the young people they are using probably went to university here in the states because none of the accents are very strong... like they've been living in the US for a few years.
@@ronpeacock9939 Since it's filmed in South Korea that's probably why. If you speak another language daily, you will lose some of your native language and accent.
@@ronpeacock9939 They are in Korea. Maybe they picked it up from the people they’re hanging around. Are you from the UK? I noticed you wrote “to university” and we Americans don’t speak like that.
@@anndeecosita3586 I'm born and bred here in the states. I used the uni because more would be apt to understand it. I grew up on the us/can border and watched their TV shows all the time. So flipping terms comes easy (that and having a good friend growing up from London UK) I've also worked with a bunch of people from AUS, and the UK... love listening them talk when we meet.. though over time, they lose it.. the latest one went back to Aus because her husbands job transferred them back there...
@@ronpeacock9939 ok I have never heard an American say “to university” omitting the word “the” unless they’ve been picking up some foreign lingo. Which is easy to do if you hang out long enough with people.
When he says at the beginning "hi im emanuel from the uk" It looks and it sounds so cute and sexy at the same time, I replay it many times tbh😁...
He is so handsome
I'm british and my favourite accents is the South African accent.
I'm Texan and my favorite is Australian.
@@STOCKHOLM07 You’re American
@@thomsboys77 Nope, I'm Texan.
I notice Emmanuel says, "I reckon" all the time .. This is usually heard in the American Deep South and is a rural dialect
I hear UK people saying reckon as well. Seems to be common for them. Southern US English seems to have more in common with British English than other parts of the USA. I often Southerners also use fancy in a way to mean say like. “I fancy a glass of cold lemonade right about now. Or he can do whatever meets his fancy” are the types of phrases I mostly hear from US Southerners. And a little bit of Missouri and Kentucky. Not so much other areas
@@anndeecosita3586 this is exactly what I always felt. Some American told me the North Eastern accents would be closer to British English, but I don’t think so. I see so many similarities between the Southern accents and British English.
@@davidkasquare I think the whole non rhodic accent some Northeast people have is similar but as far as terms I think Southern English has held on to more older English terms. My Southern family uses the word like yonder and commode, courting (dating). I saw on another video a bunch of non Southerners had never heard of the words. Might be the Southern Belle in me but I find the word toilet a bit crude depending on how it’s used.
"I reckon" is a common phrase in the UK and Australia
@@anndeecosita3586 I have heard this to be the case as well
HI VANILLE what tips can you give me on writing a book. I've never written before and I'm thinking of writing around 20 thousand word fantasy book for children.
I'm a fellow southern US citizen (my family's not native, but I have lived here my whole life), and my friend moved here from England, so she said she couldn't understand anything the teachers were saying .
I wish they didn't have the flags on them then I could guess them for myself haha
Thank you so much sir, for sharing advantageous advices, please upload a video, how to meet with new foreigners in the Refugee camps.
I'm pretty sure that neither is his type 😉
Hunter might have a better chance 😊
im inclined to think so as well
Nah mate, bring in an Irish lass and when she’s mad and I can’t understand 40% I’m like “😏😏 speak to me more mama 🗣🗣🗣”
I’ve noticed a lot of their subtitles are off
You guys are bringing sexy back. 😂 Congratulations to Hallie for winning the most sexy accent contest. 🇺🇸
Emanuel was so cute😍
I like the way he says he doesn't know how to say it in English yet he is English
The dude actually has a sexy voice.
Vanille's Scottish accent is quite light, and maybe a little Americanised even? (Don't worry about it, I get the exact same criticism about my own). So not entirely surprised he didn't guess it.
It’s not uncommon to have a light accent like hers in Scotland depending on the region. Her accent is actually fairly distinct and sounds like a lot of people I met there! He had a great point, it’s probably because people expect thicker accents due to stereotype. There are cities though (like Glasgow comes to mind) or rural areas where the accent is much thicker.
@@w00tz4ibanez I am from Scotland, and whilst her accent is definitely originally light, she has a ton of American pronunciations on top of that indicating a lot of time spent abroad.
@@TripleSomething thanks for clarifying! I lived in Scotland for a few years but that was many years ago so Im probably misremembering- sorry. Clearly I need to visit again :)
I do feel like her accent is distinct enough though, even if she has mixed pronunciations, to a foreign ear. I’m surprised someone from England couldn’t guess it. The American also has a very mixed accent.
@@w00tz4ibanez For sure. If she was the only Scot in a room, I would know it the second she opened her mouth.
As a scotsman, she has to be the least sounding scottihs person I have ever heard. Sounded more american to me. Goodness, gues she is from edinburgh
Perhaps Aberdeen? I hear that they have the least thick accents.
he was right, the vikings had scotland for a while, 300 y or so lol
Emanuel looks like Kevin McCallister from home alone xD
scottish is some thing new for me so i would choise that one
British men love american accents from what ive seen and heard and personal experiences lmao
what is Emanuel's channel
It would be good if they talked more than he did
were use to being neighbours from a canadian
In western Norway, we often say that Scotland is an ancient norwegian colony. The Vikings were there a lot on tour and stayed there back in the day :P
haha im English and always make the same joke when speaking with Americans!
On tour hahaha. Now I just imagine the ancient vikings stopping off in Scotland to hold the most metal concert known to man.
Thats a true story but im sure they got beat in battle by whatever anglo saxons occupied england at the time. Theres an interesting video on youtube about it all on youtube i think
Good.
I don't think it's the accent that made him attracted, it's more of personalities of the girls. The American girl is so much more flirty and the other two are more shy.
Vanille is an interesting name, never heard that name before but I like it! This was a fun video, any of these 3 girls whispered in my ear it would feel nice regardless of her accent! A good day for Emanuel 😄!
But that's UK Flag, not England flag
Should have a Newfie accent lmao
Would be interesting, would throw the UK people off.
Hahaha he is soooo chill
Sexiest english accent IMHO is the Irish at first and sco'ish second place. Defo. Would not mind listening in on a nice english gentlemen's pic up line though 😉
Slangé and greetings from Germany.
I love the Scottish Irish and I love a Birmingham accent like Tommy Shelbybys so sexy. An African accent is sexy also. Don’t get me going in Italian lol ❤
The American girl is probably a child of Northern transplants since her accent doesn't sound like the stereotypical middle class/upper class Southern accent. Her accent sounds more East coast (NY, Pennsylvania, New Jersey) than Southern.
Lol Harry Osborne.
Cheers from the Pacific West Coast of Canada.
She’s said I’m from the south and this man said SOUTH America 😭😭💀
Why don't they have shoes on? Lol
American girls should love London slang 😅😊😂
Someone should really tell the channel that the Scottish are "British" and have a "British" accent 😂😂😂 ...it should really be called "English person decides which is the most sexy accent , American, Canadian or Scottish.... British doesn't mean English 🤦♂️
well scotland was technincaly part of norway at one stage.
Vanille literally means Vanilla in French
I reckon this dude can't handle neither of those gals. Funny how some people have an obsession for accents and not the virtues of the nationalities.
The Scot sounds American
Next time invite a Brazilian to say; "você gosta de pão com vinagrete?"
"Te pago uma coxinha" 🤌🇧🇷
Oh interesting.
I think Emanuel is not interested in these 3 girls 😏
Nah I definitely prefer the American accent over the Canadian one tbh
USA
The Canadian accent is more or less a regional U.S. accent very similar to Minnesota or Wisconsin eh!
If Macaulay Culkin and Christopher Hitchens had a baby...
As someone who isn’t from an English speaking country, I find the Aussie accent sexy 🥵 and including the men, like Chris Hemsworth lol
English 🏴 Flag for the English Guy 🎉…🏴😎
I think an Irish accent would be the sexiest
Southern Louisiana is the best. I wish us accents weren’t grouped into one crass bunch….
Black country accent >>>
I'm Scottish, most Scottish accents are soft but the ones that people rememberer are the rougher ones. Shetland and Islands are early comprehensible and song like.
Truly sexy accent. Russian girl talking English. Oh ya. i don't know what it is. But. sexy as hell.
While in the middle east occasionally working with the Brits and Aussies, I enjoyed hearing the accents from the lovely ladies. I'm with Emanuel on expecting a strong Scottish accent from Vanille.
Australia bogan accent
I didn't really notice much of a southern accent?
That was a fun video :D
I knew she was Scottish tho she looks like she's from scandanavia of Sweden...
Nobody noticed my inside out jumper ? 😂
These videos give me Korean vibes
Can we stop differentiating between British and Scottish please. 🏴+🏴=🇬🇧
Can I have his phone number? And which part of England does he live in? 😘 He's cute
I was disappointed with the Scottish accent. I was waiting for a female James McAvoy 😆
does this with a south africa a new zealander and a aussie
2:20
( ) = immediately
I heard immediately. Pronounced as Immejetly
Thanks. Fixed
The American accent is very desirable
😒
I thought it was pretty obvious she was scottish. They should have included, more examples, from the Anglosphere, 3 is not enough. Although generally, this is becoming boring, we want to hear more about other languages and how qualities differ, there is too much emphasis on the english-language here lately
He is right about Englishmen (And maybe women?),though. Although the majority of areas of the world findd RP Brit accent, the most attractive(confirmed by the majority of these videos),to englishmen themselves, to whom this accent is the most common, often it's the accent from "certain areas", of Scotland and I would add certain areas of" Ireland and france, are the most sexy
Emmanuel did well because a lot of English people say they can’t distinguish between USA and Canada. As an American, for me it depends on what region of both countries because sometimes I can immediately tell someone is American or Canadian and at other times only because of certain words or speech patterns.
I know a lot of people are saying the Scottish lady sounds like she’s from the USA but I disagree. her pronunciation of several words especially “writer” didn’t sound American to me. Not that I would have pegged her as Scottish but definitely from Europe. I think if she sounded all American that Emmanuel would not have picked up on her sounding European compared to the other two although he had the wrong country.
Yeah, a lot of Americans from the middle-northern states like Minnesota and North Dakota sound a tiny bit Canadian to me
@@walkerlocker6126 yes and some Michigan people do too.
@@walkerlocker6126 - They sound like how Americans think Canadians sound. Truth is we have as many accent variations as the US does.
I miss watching Blind Date! 😂👍
"A lot of british people find the scottish accent quite attractive"

Where's located Scotland… in Argentina or what!?
The Malvinas are for sure in Argentina though.
@@lissandrafreljord7913 The Malvinas were that made María Mercedes life a living hell
@@lissandrafreljord7913 no tf they aren’t.
The Brits were there way before Argentina even became a country.
that's a nice eye mask, can you share the link where to buy?)
But actually, that Scottish girl looks hella Norwegian 😂
As an Australian my favourite accent is my own and the new Zealand accent
the subtitles are often wrong
I was thrown off by the Norway guess because I assumed that the caveat was "native English speakers". But in his defence, if it weren't for the flag, I wouldn't have known, either. (Hers was also the most attractive. At least, to me. 🙂)
Do Norwegians even speak English?
Lovely to see a bonnie Scottish lass. No shame in being considered to be a Norwegian! Greetings from a Norwegian, he, he!

How come all of the girls are barefoot
Hallie also doesn't have a typical Southern US accent.
It’s not as overt as other people but I can definitely hear the Southern in her accent. But that’s any accent. Like some Jersey people sound more “Jersey” than others.
@@anndeecosita3586 That's why I said that it isn't typical, and that's coming from someone who has lived in the South for 40 years.
I am confused by the title of this video, you have an American accent, Canadian accent and Scottish accent, so where are the English accents? and he obviously has not heard many Scottish accents they are varied like English accents
They mean accents from primarily English speaking countries not English as in an adjective for a person from England.
@@anndeecosita3586 Thank you for confirming, I don't know why they did not, as they have previously on other videos, stated other English speaking countries. I read what was written and it was not correct. Sorry for being autistic
@@seanmorgan2257 A lot of words have multiple meanings and usages. It can be confusing for anyone
The most sexy accent is the Scottish accent
heeey, good to see Kari (Canada) back again, with Hallie (US) this time lol
She does NOT sound scottish at all. Its the most easily recognized accent on earth and that ain't it
