They give the listener the notion of continuity, of smoothness... On the other hand, languages with considerable amount of stop sounds tend to literally stop the flow...

Hindi is mostly Urdu mixed so Idk
But I don't think it depends on language because many entirely different languages use almost same sounds so I think what the sexyness depends on is the voice of the speaker, her hyperbole we can exclude the meanings of word in this situation so totally depends on the person who is speaking,her personality, her voice tone ,her breath exhales etc..

It's more about the voice, tone and way of speaking than the language. To really compare languages, it should be the same person flirting in different languages.
a lot of things were translated wrong. for example, when the brazilian girl said "we are going to have a lot of fun" it was translated as "this is going to be very fun"
