In premiere pro,while rendering I accidentally clicked replace footage and don’t show again (warning box) also. I’m trying to sort it out but unable to find the settings.

Hi, after updating Premier Pro to the latest version 24.4.1. I am experiencing slow playback whenever I select the Labels to default, but if I select Classic Color Labels, playback is smooth as butter. And one more thing. Whenever I click on a video clip on the timeline it automatically selects the Effects Control Panel as the active panel and have to click back on the Timeline Panel to make it active. This is so annoying. Is it just me or...
I do not know yet as wait to update until done with all current projects, but I'll know next week!
