always found it a bit odd how some of the guns have oddly small magazine capacities, like the Vector only having 19 rounds or the M16 only having 20 rounds instead of 30 (even though its still a 3 round burst). not sure why the devs did that.
The 20 round M16 is the actual capacity for the M16A1 in real life lol

Very futuristic concept of the UMP, featuring the uh...*Automated, receeding charging handle* while reloading.
Weapon ammunition depleted. Initializing reload protocol.
The reload animations look like if they were done by a machine from Ultrakill!
if i squint hard enough, id probably think this was robocop: rogue city, just minus all the good parts
I think I know why the guns feel extremely weird to shoot: They snap too quickly, meaning that firing the gun would have it return back to position too quickly and snappy, giving the idea that they don't have too much weight at the end of the gun. The reloads as well, making them look uncannily like robots reloading them.

Honestly, BF4 has some robotic looking reloads too, except that they actually flow so much better, that it’s one of my favourite reload styles along with the MW trilogy.
@@Soul-st1ce BF4's animations were still pretty good for its time. Plus, it utilized a procedural system in which the viewmodel is affected by movement. I can only assume that it was animated in-engine rather than on a 3D animation software, and DICE's engines are notorious for being non-user friendly lol
What's sad that so many games are just like this now no solar character to reload or any animation for that matter

@@zoroarka9969 Left 4 Dead 2 at least is receiving rolling updates, for small things mostly. However, if you want technical content, the Workshop for the Steam version is very robust.

Devs tried so hard to mimic the snappy animations from modern warfare and doesn't even include non-empty reloads 😂
Besides the special weapons, i don't see anything new from launch day.
Adding a steam workshop would help this game

It's a real shame because the game's actually pretty damn good now, but then they immediately ditched it right after. If they kept supporting this game there is so much potential with it.
Even though they dropped development, I'll admit that it's at least in a well-rounded and polished state. Versus if they left it forever unfinished and buggy to hell and back like it used to be.
I'm sad too, I played the game and it honestly did find it's neich with the card building and the levels. It wasn't a perfect game but I legit enjoyed B4B and am sad they gave up on it

The biggest problem with this game is that it’s trying to be a successor and yet not understanding what made the original game so great. I only played the beginning parts since it got annoying and boring pretty fast.
I only played the Demo for Left 4 Dead 2 years ago and had more fun with than the minutes I spend playing back 4 blood. Hell even the weapon animations are choppy. They lack soul if you ask me.

Some anims are so stiff and robotic to the point that they are painful to look at.
While the animations are horrifically robotic and bland for todays standards, the weapon models and sounds are actually pretty darn good. The fact that the weapons have their real life names (for the most part) is also refreshing🤙

Weird magazines capacity, some reloads being too fast or robotic, underwhelming sounds and... a bow... in a game like this. Really now?
I mean, if it's in somewhat okay state, I suppose it could be fun for one game or two but... The lack of workshop and content is what pretty much killed this game. It's an okayish game but nothing better than that, unfortunately.
Valve made Left 4 Dead 2 amazing, not these developers.

What's most shocking about this game is that it doesn't work with conputers with Windows 11. Let that sink in... A game that came out in the last 5 years is not compatible with Windows 11...
Excuse me, how?! FEAR 1 works on Windows 11 and F3AR work on Windows 11...Both games at least 10 years old.

I bought B4B when its first released, I was hyped since it from the creator of L4D2. But the campaign was like a hit to my face, it was not even enjoyable, not even fun-hardcore to play with friends like Elden Ring or Dark Soul, it was torture for the casual player. Aside from the story getting from promising to worse in each chapter. Since then, I didn't want to buy any games unless I heard good reviews.

@@WFangW well, at first when I saw its difficulty, I thought it was for hardcore. So I invited my friends to play like we used to do in Realism of L4D2. Slowly, we realized, it was not even hardcore, more like torture our patient. That what I remembered XD

This game is fine if you're not insecure. The biggest turn off was no custom levels.
The reload animation is quite stiff, souless, unnatural and goofy ahh like BF2042. IDK why they didn't add a new reload animation but at least it's better than MW2.5.

BF2042 anims are pretty shit but in a much different way, this is shitty in a way like CoD Cold War, it's waaay too snappy and robotic, like if you take the shakiness and snappiness from MW2019's and exaggerate it 10x times.
Three years later, the game still sucks. Oh well.
