was kinda sad seeing them reskin and reuse these same guns for the next half dozen games.

@@zaicanna96Yeah, i loved the sound effects and the weapon choices. Maybe the aesthetics too and the alien game mode was fun... But i would say that it could've been done a bit better. The multiplayer maps and the perks... I don't know, it just didn't hit in that area for me.
@@zaicanna96 There is a lot of good things about this game actually but there is also a lot of bad things that stand out. That’s why the game is so polarizing. People either love or hate this game there is no in between.

I think it was this game, Black Ops 2, and Far Cry 3 that were the very first videos I’ve seen on your channel. You’ve done so much since then, I’m really impressed. Best weapon reload channel on the platform, hands down.

yeah the newer animations are realistic but its WAYYYY too aggressive
Yeeah not sure how fast hands animations for the new COD would consider to be "realistic" by only having one shell in your hand and grabbing another one so fast, I would prefer either double or quad loading tube feds instead. The FP6 animation looks realistic because I'm sure an average operator or non-competitve shooters can have multiple shells in the hands and I really love the details with the fp6 though.@@TFG327real
I remember ghost being the first console game I played that used dual render scopes, and really really liked it.
Like back then, that was a big thing for me since I was playing stuff like Red Orchestra Ostfront and 2/RS but I thought only PC games could’ve handled it

Some weapons, like the SC-2010, has unique reload animations when Sleight of Hand is equipped.
The reload on the R5 always bugged me

5:48 Ah, the reload animation I hate with a passion. The FAL’s bolt release IS NOT the magazine release! The paddle magazine release is located directly behind the magazine.
I think the FP6 might be the most impressive animation in the game. That reload animation for it at 8:58 has great attention to detail with the shell loading, you can see the character move the next shell to load in until it's out. I don't think I've seen a game that does that. Although BO2 is considered to be last good COD game during it's prime, to me Ghosts was the last good COD game during it's prime.

The animations for the spent casings being ejected on the Ameli are very clean
What I remember the most is that you had to always switch your weapons like 3 to 4 times because of the animations especially for the sc2010 witch had an annoyingly long ass animation. It literally meant the difference between killing your target or losing that vital second cause your M9A1 had to do it’s animation!!!

I know many people apparently didnt like Ghosts,but to this day still one of my personal favorites. Futuristic but not too scifi. A lotta the guns were so cool🙏🔥. I doubt it,but do hope they return to it someday.

I feel like Ghosts is underrated. While not the best you can see the care in the game. (Plus modern cod games reflect ghosts more than the OG MW games)
To this day, the Honey Badger reload is still one of the best of the franchise.
I miss the game and also the Extinction Mode
Furthermore I also wished they added more weapons like the M4A1 and Glock 18
And maybe the variable zoom optic for the DMRs
I liked the way they handled scoping in with marksman and sniper rifles with how it blurs the screen instead of all-blacking it. I think this was the first game to not have your entire screen turn black besides your reticle. Improves your situational awareness to where you can see people coming close by, but not so much from far away.
The weapons in the old cod games were so detailed with tiny little details on them and various quirks, they fight real and distinct they had character, modern cod weapons on the other hand is just a bunch of grey and black bland weapons that look and sound alike and feel generic and boring, same applies to the campaign.

I understand that not everyone was a fan of this COD game, but in my opinion, the animation and sound design were exceptionally well executed. The campaign, arguably one of my personal favorite COD campaigns, was also impressive.

The only way I get to use it is if I’m playing Gun Game and it just so happens to spawn into my hand during the match. It’s weird, but I also want it in my collection so I can use it in modes like Team Death Match or Free-For-All. ❤

This was around my favorite era of cod games.
Its interesting to me that the Ripper and the RPR Evo from Infinite warefare share the same hybird idea.
Both weapons start our as SMGS's, howecer they can be chnaged into an assault rifle varient on the fly.
Going back tonplay this game for the first fime-After playing Infinite warefarw-it was interearing seeing Ghosts having some early I.W DNA.

Hey what the hell, the chainsaw-modded LMG has a grenade launcher under-barrel attachment. Fuck the Rods, this was the real superweapon.
I know this game is like very completely dead now but I was wondering if this game is even worth getting. I stopped playing Cod after Black Ops 3 reason why I never played this game.
I can’t be understated the effect this game had on COD. It may have not done well, but damn it has been influential.
You can see how the design choices have evolved over the decade.

I will always stand by CoD Ghosts for having the best perk system. Sadly the best perk system is associated with one of the lesser liked games so they'll probably never bring it back due to association.
