What does scrunching out the crunch mean?

When you apply product(s) to your hair when it’s wet or damp, after it becomes dry majority of products leave your hair feeling crispy or leave a “cast” on the hair. To make the cast disappear you “scrunch out the crunch”. Hopefully that helps. :)
