I have a tip for u ✨IF U DON'T HAVE CURL CREAM OR MOUSSES ✨ while washing ur hair u could just apply conditioner and leave it for 5-10 mins and keep scrunching then wash it then repeat it and when you're done washing ur hair then scrunch them until they are damp and then the oiling session ☺️
Thank you! So much 😅 I used curl gel and anti frizz hair products but i probably won’t be able to get anything wavy until like august which is my birthday unless I go to dollar tree
The longer that you wear your natural hair the more it will curl, meaning if you stop using heat on it then your naturally wavy hair will heal and show more.
It is what happened to me:) i used to always straigthen but then stopped doing it and trusted the process that my natural wavy hair will get better in time. Had lots of hair cuts for a year (4 times in a year) to get rid of the damaged straigth hair, and now my wavy hair is perfect and i get so many compliments! Trust the process and practice:) it gets better! (To anyone reading this)

Ngl the before hair looks similar to how mine is, my mother has relatively straight hair and my father had rather curly hair. I’ve never really properly done my hair to bring out any curls/waves; perhaps I should try some day, I have feeling I have more waves in my hair than appearing now
@@detectivetomato4451 yes well considering gravity that weighs hair down there could be a very large curl pattern that if it is not cared for properly could be overrode by other products and gravity ☺️
Diffusing is only scrunched and blow dried hair honey, that attachment on the blow dryer diffuses air all around instead of one constant direction that's all that diffuser is
Yup this happened to me. Like, wtf. All these years I was using flat iron to straightening my hair!!! I knew I had slight wave and kinda frizzy hair. But start seeing videos of people finding out their natural wave/curl, I tried!! Bam 💥 wavy hair!
I have the same hair type as your's, it looks wavy after the bath but in one day it almost straight. side note : the single hair is thin so my hair is not heavy more like light!
Does anyone have any suggestions for people who just figured out they have wavy hair and dont have the products? i just kinda figured out like a hour ago and my hair is a mixture of 1c,2a, and 2b. im trying my best to preserve the curls. any suggestions for any methods to bring out my kinda lame waves will help!
This gives me hope that I can get some more waves/curls even without all the products and with towels ^^ Don't come for me now, people! I don't need all the curls, I know.there are better, more thorough ways to do it, but I just need a little bit :)
Just try a simple routine and see. Leave your conditioner in for longer than usual, maybe 5 full minutes. Squish it in, twirl your hair then take your fingers through to make consistent hair groups and start scrunching it with the conditioner in. This should use a good amount of the time hopefully. Rinse it out and scrunch your hair as dry as you can. Use a t shirt if you don’t have a microfiber towel to scrunch it even drier, and then you can diffuse if you have the attachment or just let it air dry after drying by it with the shirt to 85% dry. If you get any sort of wave, learn your hair porosity, and use that to find a simple hair routine to start! Hope this helps!
I'm 32, and i suffer form alopecia, anyways, the last time i had a bald spot and my hair started growing again, that single bunch of hair has growm wavy. And then i realized, after every wash day, i let my hair air dry through the night, i wake up with wavy/textured hair. But as soon as i comb it, it goes straight. Anyways, I've been suspecting that my hair is wavy, possibly very lightly/loosely wavy, but now i want to try this to see how wavy it is too💕
oky that wavy hair is me after getting into sea and have salf all along but the moment i do normal hairwash and air dry it its gets frizzy and settles down as 2a curl that progressively gets a bit more wavy at the ends . imagine like you curled your hair but didnt use spray to hold it and you loose all your curl but its still there. that my hair
You mean as in letting it air dry or just blow drying it without the diffuser? I don't have a diffuser and mine comes out wavy if I air dry it and straight (but frizzy) when I blow dry it. I don't have a uniform wavy hair, I have hairs that are straight and some that are very curly.
PLEASE ANSWER ME SOMEONE if someone with straight hair does this or if anyone does this will it just get the same results because of the curly hair cream? because my sister has curly hair product thing but idk if it just give anyone curly hair or wavy!!!
I don't really know much but that might just be the type of product you're using. Products like conditioner are heavier and might "flatten" some kinds of hair. Maybe try using mousse or other lighter products.
Look up low porosity and do the water test. I had the same issue and it's BC low porosity hair doesn't absorb the products so they sit on the top of it, weighing it down. I do LCO (water based leave in conditioner, water based curl cream, and the tiniest bit of oil). Also I take care with the shampoos and conditioners. You want to stay away from things that are big in proteinike.keratin and look for products marketed towards fine hair as they don't tend to be as thick or oily.
Is it really that curly or wavy tho if we’re manipulating and styling it to look that way? I thought the true texture was simple air drying? Idk anything don’t come for me
@@Iraqi._. it worked but the scrunchie fell off of my hair lol, and my waves stayed in place but needed to shake it out first. Thank you so much for the advice ❤️
has anybody here tried mousse from not your mother's? If you have does it smell very bad for you as well? I bought some yesterday to just smell it and it smells putrid. Let me know know your had a similar experience
Next time just brush with your fingers . don’t use that brush you have. If you try not to brush with anything other than your fingers after you wet your hair it’ll make your hair even curlier and the curls will stay together better
not to be rude but to see if your hair is curly or not don’t you just have to leave it when it’s wet because when you scrunch your hair it obviously it’s going to curl it happens with all hair types that it goes more wavy or curly than usual and same the diffuser and like using products with “curl” in its name whilst trying to find out your natural hair sounds like you just want it to be curly like you can use just hair products that are for all hair types if you still want your hairy to be healthy like no offence but i was confused
Have you ever seen what curl products/diffusing do to actually straight hair??? You haven't. Actually straight hair barely keeps a curl just with products/diffusing. A lot of people think they have straight hair si they treat it as such, making their hair lose its curl, diffusing+products undo that.
I have been watching all of your videos. You are adorable. Try not to cuss, especially in passing conversations. It’s a horrible habit to start doing and extremely hard to stop. Would love to see you continue to grow, just without the poor language.

lol I never do heat treating and the longer it is the less curl I have because it is coarse and thick. It's heavy and pulls all the curl out.
