Rural Oregon fire department to stop transferring patients to hospitals

Good on them! The hospital needs to create and fund their own ambulance for transfers!

The hospital should buy their own ambulance. They are already have the nurses make them do it. It's the hospital responsibility not EMS. Especially if it's a 911 service their responsibilityis 911 only. They do that for courtesy.
