What do guys do when they want to be taller? This type of thing is quite common in Korea. Are these new types better than the foam types? Is the more expensive one worth it? Hugh finds out!
Height shouldn't matter if you truly love your spouse/partner, I'm 5'10" and my boyfriend is 5'8 1/2". When we first started dating I could see that it bothered him, because of the whole stigma that men should be taller than women. After 3 years of being together it doesn't bother him as much, though 50years thinking that way it's not going to change overnight. I agree with you Nicola, I'd rather be able to look at him in the face than look up to him, it just feels more comfortable.
I am 5ft 11 , I went to korea and felt above average on street not tall but definetly above average like I was taller than 7/10 people there but when I went to bath house , everybody became smaller and it shocked me , even the guy beside who was i guess above 6ft was shorter than me !!
@@ctynwbraygalm All the men in my family are tall, 5'11 to 6'5 and my husband's dad and brother's are tall as well, but my husband got his height from his mom.
Hugh is the same height as my husband. You're great! I'm taller than him by 2 inches (5cm). I squatted down recently to be 2" shorter than him and it was so awkward and weird (probably because I'm used to being taller).
Glad you reviewed this: please review all height products. Because there is a big market of them. Didn’t knew there were 2 types of qualities. I was going to order generic ones. Please include links to purchase better quality. Thanks Subscribed
Those look so uncomfortable! I would totally twist my ankle walking in those haha. I love the plants! And their holders/containers. (I totally bought that Seoul sweater too!)
I think Hugh has the right idea, comfort is most important especially for not much of a difference. I am 5'9 and have always been taller than most guys when younger, so I have come to accept that I will be the same height or possibly taller than the guy I marry. As I've gotten older the acceptance has been more of a what is more important state of mind. The smell from the cheap product would concern me. I have heard the same smell comes from other products from China.
Yes, it seems to be a reoccurring thing with these super cheap products- weird chemical smell. I've seen other videos where cheap makeup has the smell... and it's worrying.
To be honest height doesn’t really bother me. I actually prefer shorter guys because I’m only 155cm. I’d rather not have to look up really high to see my boyfriend face 😂
My wife is 5'1" and I'm 6'3". When I was younger I had a complex about my proportional height--I have short legs and a long torso--although I'm 6'3" the inside seam of my jeans is 28". It doesn't worry me complex-wise now, but I do find it inconvenient when getting a ride with somebody as the passenger seat is usually not height adjustable. Oddly the bigger vehicles have less headroom, at least here in Canada.
Hahahaha my hubby is about the same height as Hugh, I love it! I can actually reach up and kiss him, something I’m not spoiled with here in Sweden 🤣 (I’m short for being Swedish, 162 cm)

I'm pretty tall (173 cm / 5 feet 7) ~ I felt that i was too tall as a woman when I was in Korea
Watching the little guy try this was the best! He was so cute!!!!! Trying to be taller! “It doesn’t work” haha!
Actually the silicon inserts gave him a similar foot profile to me with giant foot arches

My brother is tall and has that problem too, even drivers seats can be uncomfortable.
I bought this and already in hospital.
