So the average height for a person is 5,7 so a average shoe give you 3 cm ( 1 inch ) and I believe the biggest insole give you 9cm ( so 3 inches) giving you 5,11 - 6,1 if you wear Nike 720s
yeah, but wearing a 9cm insole is dangerous for the feet. and could ruin your posture in the long run which could make you shorter, and ruin your Achilles and pelvic plate. 5-7cm increase is healthy anything more is NOT WORTH IT. I know this because I used to wear a 9cm lift for a year and a half it made me shorter when I went barefoot due to the pelvic tilt. I have fixed my posture and regained those heights back. Never go beyond 7cm only do 9 once in a while but again 9cm lift is too obvious, people know you wear them. 7cm is well hidden and wont ruin your body.
Fun Fact: You're actually at least 1 inch taller when you first wake up in the morning due to your spine decompressing while you sleep. Then throughout the day it is compressed back down, loosing that inch you had you first woke up to. Which might be why you thought you were 5''8 and then found out you were 5''9.
hard to run in them, you can work out in them. It is hard to squat and deadlift with them on. You can do them with moderate weights but not your max lifts

One thing that I have learned about insecurities is that it destroy friendships and relationships. You become alone because not even you could accept yourself for who you are. So for any young man that is insecured about his height, workout, learn martial arts, and train your mind, or develop another skill that makes you proud to be who you are. Now, if you think that having a few extra inches is gonna help with basketball, I think that you would be better off developing your play making, passing, pick and rolls, on-court coaching, block and steal skills better than to rely on height. Just ask two time MVP Steve Nash!
Bruh all I’m doing is putting two of these in my shoes obviously I’m not gonna play sports with heels in my shoes this is for everyday confidence it ain’t gonna “destroy relationships”
Hey. I have a question and i would be very happy if someone can answer. So ive been wearing 1.06inch/2.7cm lifts in my Air Forces and i have heard that using lifts may cause early height loss or health issues. Are these rumours true?
I had tried it & won’t recommend it... first of all the air conditioning compresses by your weight and walking it makes wobbly near ankle. Secondly the material used is really cheap and it makes it too hot at foot in summers... Better buy an actual elevator shoe rather than re-engineering a normal shoe 😅
@@omgh4zy thank you man! I heard that if you don’t have comfortable shoes your feet may swell up a little over or hurt a bit. Does that ever happ& is that normal??
I have juvenile arthritis and my foot us fused in a heeled position. About 8 years ago my podiatrist and I came up with a design so I could walk comfortably there was nothing for me so I had created something myself and she perfected it. It's basically this. I find it so wierd seeing this haha. I understand people feel insecure about height but according to my rheumatology podiatrist this will cause issues for people I have no choice but to use these so for anyone with I fused ankle I recommend. But think if the consequences outweigh your need for height please. A few issues that my podiatrist managed to counteract with a cut out on the ball of your foot. -With your foot pushing forward your balls of feet will harden and start to hurt. Your ankle is not meant to be in this position. Which is why most heel wearers end up with issues. -It changes your gait while walking.

yeah, but wearing a 9cm insole is dangerous for the feet. and could ruin your posture in the long run which could make you shorter, and ruin your Achilles and pelvic plate. 7cm is well hidden and wont ruin your body.
and you cant put 9cm insole in a nike 720 lol
Fun Fact: You're actually at least 1 inch taller when you first wake up in the morning due to your spine decompressing while you sleep. Then throughout the day it is compressed back down, loosing that inch you had you first woke up to.
Which might be why you thought you were 5''8 and then found out you were 5''9.
