Wear 5 of em one over one.. then socks put your feets under the shoes(no heels) so if u had to remove it eg. your going inside of someones house u dont have to hesitate to remove your shoes coz youve already got these pads
They're uncomfortable and make me feel like my socks have holes in them and they feel like they're slipping off and I'm pretty sure they'll ruin your socks and shoes and they're definitely noticeable. FYI: I actually got them as a gift from a friend of mine. I didn't buy them for myself.
