@@gthoughts5077 the cpm varies, depending on how long you've been at Walmart and what part of the country you live in. My current rate is 64.5 CPM, not including the weekend bonus of 7 cpm. But mileage pay only makes up about 2/3 of my pay. The rest comes from activity pay (stops, drops, hooks, etc). Instead of focusing on CPM, a better thing to look at would be average annual gross pay. You can easily start out at around 110k and up.
So one of my anxieties has always been going to new stores or places and not knowing how exactly to get in them. Target stores when I ran for their operation, since we were running for target, they gave us directions and how to get in and out of stores which was great. A big chest sheet, does Walmart provide any of that since you usually only go to Walmarts I’m assuming? This has honestly been a reason why i have held off from applying. I’ve got trapped in complacency since I have dedicated routes and stores but no room for growth, Thanks!
That's a great question. Every DC has a file cabinet full of maps to each and every store they service. The maps bring you to the exact entrance needed for easy access. They even distinguish between the best entry for a grocery dock or GM dock. Additionally, the GPS in our trucks is programmed specifically to bring us to the exact entrance also. I'm going to include this topic in one of my next videos. Thanks for the question.
@@getrichwalmart awesome, I’ve just stumbled onto your channel and have been enjoying it and the information you have given is appreciated! I run locally for Lowe’s and have seen huge Walmart dc and fcs built right on our exit in shippensburg. Thanks again!
Rich, I'll be honest with you here. I am considering apply simply because that shirt you get there is AWESOME. I don't even particularly like Walmart that much, but that is a cool shirt. And the T680's they have running out there now are looking pretty spiffy.
Ayyye! I used to live in rancho now im in texas. Are yall local there in fontana or they have otr there now too? I know that apple valley was the otr at one point
