Appreciate the info big homie. I’m coming up on my 30 months required to apply and I can’t wait, this job will change my wife and I’s lives for real. Any tips on the application/hiring process? Much love brother
You mentioned on the live the other day, you make $494 flat rate as team driver. Is that does that include the stops, drops etc in that $494? Also…is California under the same pay on teaming?
from all the drivers I talk to it took the longest to get back to me. took about 2 and a half months to hear back from them. make sure you check your spam folder I have heard sometime the emails they sent my go to your spam folder. but all I can say is be patient
@@toddbutler6604I have a class b driving for city bus. Trying to go to hcc to get my class a. I have a school near me a guy runs idk if he’s legit I haven’t looked at reviews but, he wanted 2k to train I just haven’t done it yet. Anyway does Walmart have in job training do they have any good trucking company that trains to get you class a while in.
Duse this video is based on your feelings about walmart. Not the facts. You cant say someone is going to overspend if they are self employed driving! You used that example but what about someone who has three trucks on the road and making a killing and he is good with his money? Why didn't you use that example? Because then walmart would be shit compared to his siutation. Face it- you are just in love with walmart😂BTW, UPS is a way better company. We make waaaay more $$$ and waaaay better benefits. FACTS!
Walmart health insurance just garbage.. i recently had mri done and out of $400 it only covered $20.. any visit to family doctor is $75.. total bullshit
@@wanghaf_Gl0yper because he on here capping, i drive for Walmart as well and had an mri back in March or April…..no insurance is perfect but if you pick the cheapest option that’s on you and not Walmart!!!!!
@@dwightwilkins2767 I hear you brother. I’m coming up on my 30 months experience to finally apply at Walmart I can’t wait man. Any tips on the application/hiring process?

Use someone as a referral and don't lie on the application they will find out. Integrity is everything for Walmart
better get more then 30 months or you wont make it on on boarding
I work as maintainence there I'm surprised they don't have traing for employees for trucking
They do have associates to driver programs just ask the DC you are working if they have that program available

Yes $494 is flat rate includes all activities. Not sure about California pay
Crespo, is there face cameras inside the truck?
Only faces out but at night the camera will catch the reflection of the phone on the windshield. They will show you videos about it.
After you completed your application. How long did it take to hear back from a recruiter?

Had an interview in under a week.

Hi Jorge, what is the driver schedule (mornings, night, overnight) and how many times do you chance trucks in a week of work? Thanks
What DC are you planning on applying for?
@@truckercrespo4573 To be honest I'm not sure, I'm planning to move to south carolina or Texas.
How are they with tattoos? Have you seen drivers with them? Hands ect?
As long as they are not offensive or discriminating you should have no problem
@@truckercrespo4573 have you seen any drivers with hand tattoos?
If anyone here drives out of FT Pierce, FL please tap in with me.
How much is local?
Local is hourly and depends on location
How much is regional?
How much money???
Regional you get paid per miles and activity. You make more money regional. It varies it at the beginning around $350-$400 a day
How much does city drivers tame a week ? That’s what I’m in for after 20 years otr ! Thanks and good videos
Not sure I'll ask around
Is Walmart OTR or local?
My DC offers local, regional and teaming over the road. It depends on the DC. Regional you are within a 600 mile radius of the DC
Ok so can you send me a job link to apply?
