I have a razer blade advanced 2019 with rtx 2070, will this work? The charger in my laptop is 230w and this charger is 300w will it break my laptop or cause swelling in the battery?

Yes it will work perfectly. The laptop only pulls the power it needs from the psu so you can always safely use a higher wattage psu for your laptop

They say it's not good for high end300w + m18. Should I get it for m18 4090??

who said that? I have found it handles 350w load continuously in my testing and I have put hours through it for the video. I have had full performance on 13900HX and 4090 on my usual gaming sessions. I guess if you used cinebench r23 and fur mark at the same time it may struggle but this isn't a realistic load scenario
