      The only reason they reactivated your account is because you're a famous UA-camr.
      I'm deactivated for nothing never ever used app signed up and then got a real job back on 2019. and I can't get it on now in 2023. Reaching out 10 times to escalation department and specialist teams.
      How do I actually reach out to an American side customer assistance to figure this out. They put my background check thru again and it's cleared

    I emailed them, no response, I called and they can’t pull up ANY details on deactivation status. Called about 5 times too. Was bout given up when I came across Gigspade in the comments and decided to take a chance on him and boy am I glad I did. Guess who's back to work!.

    I couldn’t tell you. It’s the same as the first time. Started dashing, accepted an order, got kicked back to the Home Screen and couldn’t get to the order. So I restarted the app and it brought me to the login screen, logged in and this message pops up. If I go on the website it puts me through the onboarding with like a bank account and such, but still shows me deactivated when I try to log into the app. And I never got a deactivation email either time. Customer support was confused but sympathetic and said they’d escalate it to the engineering team but still said I had to go through an appeal. That was 3 weeks ago and still no word back. Heard great reviews about Gigspade and reached out to him for help yesterday evening. Happy to announce I just finished my third dash of the day. Man works miracles

    Yesterday I followed navigation and it led me to a house that I believed to be my delivery point, but a few hours after I dropped it off, I received "your account has been deactivated ". Comes to find out I accidentally delivered to the wrong address. So I headed back to that location and to my surprise the items are still there, I load it up and take them to the correct place and wrote a note to customer explaining what had happened. Didn't help. I told Gigspade my worries and after explaining my situation to him, he reactivated my account

      Few days ago got deactivated because they did a random background check and I was in a minor car accident but it's listed as "property damage". I tried making an appeal but not really sure what to do then I inbox the name I write above . Great help from him

    I have 1300 plus deliveries, 4.8 rating, 49 percent acceptance rate and 84 percent completance rate. I was deactivated when a customer claimed she didn't get her food. She specified I leave food at door and tell receiver it's for Ashley. I did exactly that and had documented correspondence with customer with messages in the app. Was still deactivated last week.

    Been a dasher for a few years now, 4.8 solid. Dashing all week last week and I'm deactivated without any explanation, no appeals considered. My world sank. My only income gone like it was nothing. Thankfully, my co worker recommended Gigspade who he said had gotten him out of a similar bind a while back, had nothing left to lose so I made contact. That was a few hours ago, I just finished my first dash since I was deactivated

      I just got deactivated yesterday and after contacting, they claim it's because they got "multiple feedback that someone else is using my account to deliver". So someone (customer or merchant) is lying. And how do I even go about proving this on my side? I have a dashcam but it's not always facing directly towards houses/apartments. And have been sending appeal to support team I got nothing in return I met orwadecyber they have done me a great favour. Thanks so much for your input

    I’ve done 700 deliveries, have a 4.9 rating , 94% on time , non stop great customer feed back week in and week out. Then out of the blue THEY deactivated me permanently three weeks. I’m mystified. No reason, no mail, no explanation nothing. Support really needs to do better. Gigspade helped me and gave me back my job this morning. I imagine the absolute worst if I hadn't met him. Would probably still be unemployed wondering where it all went down hill

      Yesterday I've got this message telling me my account is deactivated due to a mis conduct with the Uber community guidelines and that I had multiple similar report, but I believe this was a false allegation because the passenger didn't even get to my car, I moved my car cause I was parked in the middle of the road waiting for him, he took too long then he got mad I moved, then he started yelling at me, insulting me and then he canceled the ride himself. He made a complain, I defended my self to Uber support and had a positive feedback but then 25 minutes I had another message saying my account is deactivated. Thanks for the good work orwadecyber I was able to get back to work after the appeal he made for me

      I have been deactivated from both Lyft and Uber- though i have had 2.2K rides on Lyft, and 1300 rides of Uber, and good star rating over bogus charges. For $89.00 am i covered for both or just 1. I have put a case in IDG and its been two months. They said it could take another 3-4 months due to Pandemic.

    Dashing 2.5 years. Over 3500 deliveries. I had two violations but sent proof of situation and they were removed . Take screenshots ANYTIME something goes wrong.

    I was just deactivated this week because of extremely late deliveries. Most of the reasons or the late deliveries was because the restaurant wasn’t finished preparing the food. I have always messaged the customers about what was going on. I have only delivered 100 orders.

    So restaurant cooks very often put doordash on the back burner, and throw big fits when you check on your order. Can this lead to deactivation? They would take a significantly better attitude if doordash charged late fees for restaurants who have cooks that pull this. Another VERY VERY big issue is this--customers choosing the "hand it to customer" option, but hand writing 'leave it on the door' and this does not allow me to take a picture. I have told doordash the risk of this many times.

      If the app doesn't ask for photo, I exit the app and take a photo anyway. They stay in my phone for recourse. I go back and delete them after make the next 100 deliveries. Cover your azz.

    I love your videos man. Every dasher should watch these before they start. My beginning was rough and I wish I had seen these beforehand. Using the advice in these videos and trial by error on the road I have boosted my earnings to 1000 a week! Its been my saving grace in this pandemic. Granted I've taken the time to learn my marketplace and spent a ridiculous amount of time in my car. Seriously a lifeline for struggling people though!

    I have about 1800 deliveries, 4.98 rating (98/100 customers), 99% completion, several great comments. Yes, too much pressure. I cannot have confidence in their by-fiat procedure in dropping people. I am always on edge because you never know what some shady customers or merchant staff will say.

    I know this is an old video at this point but my question is this... does unassigning an order, before you pick it up affect your "completion" rate? For example, if you can't find a restaurant? I'm a new dasher and this happened to me last weekend. I had to unassign my "stack" add-on because I couldn't find the restaurant downtown.

    Yes, too much pressure. I haven't dashed in a month. I got a violation for being 11 minutes late. I'm just over the stress of having a good work ethic and getting slapped because of a road closure. Very stupid.

      If the restaurant is causing the delay, make sure to put notes in the bottom of order page where it asks what's going on. I start when they go 1 minute past pickup time. I do it every 5 minutes past pickup time. I also text the customer and let them know that i'm still at the restaurant waiting on their order and that I will be on the way with their food as soon as they hand it to me. It's on record that am not at fault. When the time runs late enough that I KNIW the delivery will be late, I also note that so it's on record that Doordash, the customer and I KNOW it will not be on time.

    Over one year, over 5,000 deliveries, deactivated for "unlawfully operating vehicle in right-of-way, in Florida wildlife and water management area"....parking in woods where vehicle not allowed in woods of Dupuis wildlife management area. Unbelievable. PARKING IN WOODS away from campground area. UNBELIEVABLE!

    Had an awful morning as a new Dasher. I was completing a nice order at the end of my shift when I hit a massive pothole which flattened my tire and bent the rim. Major damage to the car and had to have it towed. When I texted the customer (tried to call but said unavailable) she texted back calling me a liar! I had the food in my car and was only a few miles from her house and obviously was not able to get it to her. Can I be deactivated for this?

    Great information! I started DD in mid Nov. I actually really love doing this more than I anticipated I would. I have 353 deliveries, with a 4.91 CR, 17% AR, 98% CPR and 96% OTE. I had a CV on my record for over a month. I did over 170 deliveries before it dropped off my screen. I thought it was never going to drop because you said eligible (rated) deliveries. I had the updated Customer Rating screen for a week or so and saw that out of all my deliveries I had only been rated 50 times, somehow it came off. I do not have the new CR screen any longer, which I already miss. I liked being able to see all that information.

    Hey Mike tonight I was sent a order for Walgreens,,I don’t think u can’t see the pickup time til AFTER u accept it,,once I accepted it,, I seen that I had 2 minutes to pick up 10 items!! I got it to the customer without being late BUT by the time I got to the checkout counter I was 9 minutes from the pickup by time!! I thought I was really fast doing the shopping!! I haven’t heard anything from DoorDash,,but I watched a video a couple nights ago saying that your pickup time wasn’t a big deal,,just a estimated time??

    Door dash is flush with drivers. Multi app is the fastest way to get deactivated. They don't know your on another app but you agree to gps tracking when you sign the contract.

    Hi Mike, I'm a new Dasher south of Pittsburgh...Only 40 deliveries so far...I had a situation where I declined an order ($8 for 8.2 miles) because I felt distance was too far (for pay). I then headed to the other side of town (Hotspot), wasn't getting any hits then was automatically given this same order and it went thru like I had accepted it (The previous declined prior $8 order).. I was shocked...I never accepted that order and they were trying to force it on me...I immediately rejected the offer telling them it was too far, adding a comment that I never accepted this offer....I don't always see my emails right away(due to busy hustle bustle) but I checked in this case and in bold lettering it stated "Go to *********(P.S. MANAGEMENT INCORPORATED)" ...I had trouble cancelling with the app, it looked on my app like I had accepted it...They were trying to force this delivery on me...They told me my completion rate would drop to 94% if I didn't take this order...I did not take it! Is it alright for Doordash to try and force a driver to take an order they don't want?? If they would have raised the pay to $14 it may have been a little more of an incentive but they were not raising the payout and were still trying to force it on me...

    Today i got deactivated for taking picture withfacemask, They asked for proof and i sent them my drivers license and told it was genuine mistake since i drive with facemask all the time. Unbelievable! After one year of pandemic service and high customer rating this is how they treat you! I never in my wildest dream thought they would fire me for uploading picture with facemask! I'm just glad I was able to get my account back Wow! Guys this company needs a thorough lesson or else just relish the modern corporate slavery culture kudos *BRAVENOTCH*

    Completion rate is why I was deactivated. Not right away thou. They sent me a few warnings about my Completion rate. So I just didn't log on any more. By the time I did try to log on they said my account was deactivated. Only reason why my Completion rate was messed up is cause I chose to deliver at night, i would accept low paying orders and let the person know why their order is sitting, cause drivers can see they didn't tip and they ordered from a restaurant to far away from them. Most people would actually say they would have a cash tip when I arrive

    I was deactivated for "one or more deliveries that you accepted were falsely marked as complete when the customers never received their order". Which is total because I appealed and got no way with that. The fact *Brave notch* got me back to work even after appeals failed is still incredible.

    I got deactivated because I apparently broke a referral term when I was referred by my best friend who does doordash in Louisiana and I did it in Texas and never referred anyone myself. I appealed the beginning of this month and have heard nothing back

    I hate the requirement to indicate WHY you're declining an offer. Heck, sometimes I've almost had an accident. Just a fraction of a second can spell disaster. It's been my experience that it has no impact on the algorithm (!@#$ WALMART 🥵🤯)!!!!

Here now 2 months later they deactivated me for this same reason that they solved over the phone Im now being punishment

    The market is over saturated with dashers. There making it hard for dashers to keep up to there standards. They want to stay with the real reliable drivers who show the utmost Best in Deliveries. That's what I get from all these changes. It's just a lot of BS.. but hey, we need the gig in this economy. A lot of us have lost our jobs and need to feed our families so we need to follow the protocol in order to keep up and keep our gigs. 🤷🏻‍♀️
    It is what it is.. we just need to do what they ask us for or keep it moving. Great video here 🙌🏻

    I just started Jan 6th with 86 deliveries my customer rating is 4.56 should I be worried? One customer picked hand it to me then said they never got it but I have dash cams and a video of me handing it to them emailed it all to dd never got a violation should I be fine? This is my only source of income at the moment until I can reopen my restaurant

      You should be fine for now just try to get your rating up by always being verry friendly and always read there instructions and follow them if they are unclear call customer to clear it up remember qith out them we wouldn't have this option as a job so always keep them up to date with there orders I always message them saying I got to the restaurant as soon as I get your food I'll rush it right to you. Ppl love stuff like that

    I was activated 9/19/22 and less than 24hrs from then I was deactivated. Since then I have been told I’m activated but every time I attempt to login it says account deactivated refer to the email which I have never received. I’ve called many times recorded all my calls download all transcripts, repeatedly told I’ll be able to get back in in about 15min to 72hrs and never happens. I can’t get any help at all. Constantly told its escalated and wait 72hrs or uninstall reinstall change password everything, nothing works at all.

    They deactivated me a few days ago so I appealed and got denied because I declined the $3 orders. I have to wait 90 days to appeal again.

    (This happened today)..I couldn't find where to cancel a order and I had a problem with the previous one which I had to fix. But since I couldn't find out how to cancel the one I accepted I now have one violation...and I've only done doordash for three days. Active time: 8.37m / Dash time 11.37m with 27 completed deliveries. And now I'm really scared I'm gonna be deactivated...

    These deactivations due to selfie are horror stories and so scary. We appear to get randomly deactivated over it even if we take the selfie properly . Anyways I'm back and that's the important thing that’s an awesome job, *Bravenotch* you guys are indeed Heaven sent

    The primary thing that hits completion rate is when you get to a restaurant and it's simply taking too long and wasting your time and costing you money so you move on. Choose your restaurants well and it's relatively easy to maintain 90% completion. Save that 10% for when you need it that's it's going to take to long and move on to the next order.

    I have got a 10 min late violation several times. Each time it wasn’t my fault. Once they had a community event going on which it took forever to re route around. Majority of the roads were shut down. Another time we had an ice storm out of no where and the roads were awful. The roads were empty because most people wouldn’t be out on them. The others were app issues. Several times a customer would call me and I wouldn’t even have their order on my app. Each time I called and went ahead and rushed their food to them. I’ve also had one the app wont allow me to confirm store arrival. This happened all the time and they always say they are working on the issue. Many times you can’t confirm delivery either. Every single time I’ve ever been late I have always called in and told them then what was going on. Each time being told it was ok they’d mark it etc. My car tore up and I haven’t been able to deliver for almost a week which dropped my numbers of course and during this time I get a deactivation notice. During this time two times I’ve also received a notice my dash had been paused. Go to the app and somehow I’m logged in dashing when I’m home with a broke down car. They’ve denied my appeal. I have always called in and told them at the time any issues I’ve had. Always. I’m a top dasher with great ratings. I go out of the way for my customers. Literally always wait make sure they receive the order.stop at stores for them pick up whatever they ask for. I’ve helped them pack in groceries. Have coffee with and elderly lady who has no company. I’ve let my phone number twice with ladies going through personal issues and breaking down. Each have called me when they needed someone to talk too and called DoorDash telling them I went above the call of duty. I’ve go back to the restaurants when they’ve messed up on customer orders or forgot an item and picked up the correct thing taking it back to the customer on my own time and gas. I’m too big hearted for my own good even with Dashing. I don’t understand this. DoorDash and the app tech issues have caused major issues for me many many times yet I’m patience with giving them time to fix things which are never fixed but they instantly do this with no notice or reason at all.

      OMG! Your experience is so much like my own! EVERY NIGHT I would have to call doordash and tell them to stop sending me orders. My app even showed I was not dashing. I was 30 minutes outside the zone even! I have had so many issues with the app. My app has not worked right from day one! And support was ZERO HELP! Meanwhile, I dashed in an area that they are running a new rewards program. There is no top dasher. You are silver, gold, platinum, or don't make rank.i was platinum from day one. And yet, out of no where, I was deactivated! I swear on my life, I did nothing wrong! I was so thrilled because I was finally making decent money! First time in my life! There is no way I would risk losing that! Yet somehow, I was still deactivated! And after they deactivated me, I received two more tips that customers added to the orders AFTER they received their food and I was no longer a dasher. This is beyond unacceptable! I am either going to find a way to get reactivated, or I am seeing them for breach of contract. Even if I have to represent myself. I was told platinum level gave you early access to schedule. I didn't get it! I was told I would have "dash now anytime" I NEVER had it! I was told I would get "VIP support" what a joke!!!! I would try to chat support. I would wait several minutes, only foe the chat to end with ZERO RESPONSE from support. Or, I would be told to delete the app and reload it. Do you want to take a guess how many times a day I would have to do that? SEVERAL! 5, 6, 7 times a day! That's not right! On my app, it never offered any cities around me in the schedule part. It had cities and hour to an hour and a half away! No one would fix it! And the last time I spoke with "support", my "VIP agent! She didn't even know about the program and kept telling me I would be top dasher next month if I kept my ratings! Smfh! Wondering what came of you? Did you ever get reinstated?

    I got deactivated for completion rate to low but they don't tell you what made it low. I'm sure it's because I only wait five minutes for food if not ready I cancel but I select order not ready. I feel like they set you up they send you to restaurant before it's even time for order to be ready. I had 2 in a row one wasn't gonna be ready for 15 minutes and the other for 30 minutes. Why would they send you and not pay you for time I'm not waiting If I'm not getting paid. It could be cause someone lies and said they didn't get their food but again they don't tell you they just deactivate you with a generic answer.

    It was my second day driving today and I got two contract violations one I was late because there was a road blockage where the police and flaggerforce were involved and then I was late to another one for a big accident on a major route to get to the customer but I still managed to knock 5 minutes off what the Google Map said which was a plus 18-minute delay no alternate routes I managed to knock 5 minutes off that but I still got to contract violations but the customers both of them gave me over $20 in cash tips plus they tipped me on the app but I still got two violations and so now I'm worried and I don't want to drive during rush hour anymore and a busy City because I'm afraid traffic will deactivate me. It was my 9th delivery. Second day. Got a violation for 13 minutes late. Google maps said I should have been 18 minutes late? Should I get out of my car and run through the woods to customers?

    How about you do not late on pick up time but restaurant do not give you food delivery for more than 15 minutes late. I got the on time % lower on my account.

    I been driving 2 months and have done 180 deliveries sent to many dangerous neighborhoods and last night was one of them I delivered my food and the man called them and told them that they never got their food and I was deactivated and my money was blocked

    I had a contract violation. My second delivery vanished one day. I begged for over a hour to get tge address. Nope they wouldn't give it to me. I just took the food back to restraunt. Had that violation on there forever!!! I have 1200 deliveries. I'm catching up to you Mike!!!!

    At my delivery point ,they don't pick it up i call door dash and say someone tried to take their food. door dash then say don't leave it there. if the person does not come out they don't get the food. door dash emails the customer that someone tried to take their food and their plans are foiled. no free food and door dash knows about them. it takes longer but there is no way i can be blamed. like i said tell door dash someone tried to take food then you off the hook. And I can’t wait cause I have other deliveries. The next morning I got deactivated and I couldn’t work this is wrong,before I don’t think I am to be blamed,contacting the up above name being my account back and since then I always record them picking it up

    Most dashers don't complete a dash because of the restaurant don't have the order ready. I don't drive to a restaurant to cancel.

    I think it is a computer generated result for deactivation. I’ve tried to call support and they say that the department that deals with it is only reachable by email, and all they can do is submit notes for the order. I got deactivated yesterday after an order I had delivered to a Karen (actually the customers name)
    I had noticed it was a hand to me order and no one had answered, and no one picked up when I called, so I took a picture of it at their home. I got a text 25 minutes later from the lady stating that she just barely got a confirmation the order was dropped off and it wasn’t at her house.. I sent her a message telling her that I had delivered it to the address that she had provided me and left it after trying to contact her multiple times. Then I sent the picture. She then tried to tell me that it wasn’t her house, but as a dasher for the past 2 years, I think I can use my gps and read addresses just fine. In response I had to just tell her that that I delivered to the address provided by her. I even called support to make a report and to submit my evidence just in case she did try to report me anyways. (Side note: DoorDash support verbally told me on a recorded line that I would be totally fine, that I had submitted enough evidence, and not to worry about my contract violation after I took those necessary steps) 2 weeks later I’m here. I was full time in SoCal, and making around $1600 a week (pre expenses) and now I’m back to job searching. DoorDash won’t help me, I can’t even send an appeal for the deactivation for another 90 days even though I provided all my evidence in the first one I had sent. Anyone have any ideas?

    Some times, and sometimes often, you need clarification from the customer to get a gate code or further directions to their apartment and the customers aren’t answering phone or texts. I wonder if you can send DD text screenshots for your cause.

    I just got deactivated and I'm stunned.. I dashed yesterday for 10 hours and all went well. I'm 4.82 rating, over 90 % completion, with a reason for all the non -completions. Slightly less than 50 % acceptance. No complaints. Many "went above and beyond" compliments. Just filed an appeal today. Can you help me?? It's my only job right now. I'm absolutely blindsided by this. Thank you

    I am trying to find the office addresses in Carlsbad or San Diego because I was deactivated for late deliveries despite having a 5/5 rating and 100% completion rate. I wanted to talk to someone in person because it looks like other dashers got reactivated when they went to talk to someone in their local office. I cannot find any addresses, just cities of the offices... Carlsbad and San Diego. Can you help me with an address?

    If I ever was deactivated from DoorDash, I would either get another platform or Google W-2, because it’s almost impossible to fight the deactivation without a lawyer

    Until I get my reactivation they’ll lose me as a customer they had a loyal driver and a customer with me now they’ll lose 2 for the price of 1 customer complaint because they wanted me to drop their food off in a different location other than what was given to me so they filed a never received smh

    I've been deactivated from Doordash over three years ago and they never gave me a reason why. I have tried to get back on the platform a couple of time since with no luck, so I just said the hell with them. As I said to this day I don't no why and they never given me a reason, I stop using they're platform to order food also. I f figure if you can't give me a reason why you deactivated me, why should I spend my money with you
