My guy, "if you guys like it". I think i speak for a fair few of us here when i say that any video that starts with "hi guys, its henry here" is one i'm going to enjoy. Doesn't matter what the subject of the paintjob is, and even individual models i might not care about theres always some trick or technique i can take away

Henry, I love your videos, you inspire me to get on with those bigger projects. Those master class books got me back into the hobby and you show the practical application of those techniques.
Beware of longer videos as they tend to skew your ratings so I would break them down into parts. That also helps if there is a particular technique where it is helpful to watch over again.

I love the AFV modelling and painting techniques brough over into the 40k realm. Also the rubber tools are great. I got some for myself a couple years ago and they are invaluable.
More vehicles and multi part vids are great. As we are all learning new and interesting ways to paint that we can all use. Wicked

@@stemes2860 Do it! Learning how to airbrush was the best hobby decision I ever made. It's a gamechanger when it comes to painting, especially for hard to paint colors like your whites and yellows. You will never clog any details with too much paint or brush stroke marks ever again.

lovely work, its always nice to see you work on some personal stuff as the passion really shines through. From a "tutorial" perspective I also found this one very helpful as it shows some techniques you rarely see. Vehicle panel modulation is a bit of an enigma to me and this was a very good explanation of the approach you used!

I would love to see more videos of this army.
Would rather watch a longer, multi-part video of your team doing things they like vs a sterile "how too". The natural insight and thought process is far more interesting and engaging to learn off. That's why I am so keen to see more of the Black Templars.

Another absolute banger
I am working on a little side project and repainting a 6" Black Series Mandalorian action figure. I used oil dot filtering on the armor plates for the first time and love the effect it gives! First time I saw that technique was on a CoP video, so I thank you guys a bunch.

i think whatever you will enjoy in painting, 99% will follow along with interest so do multpart series if you really like doing certain models

Very cool, looks so fun to paint! Excellent results too. I really like when you do different kinds of models and finishes here, don't really mind two parters either. Nice with a bit of variety with some armor as well as infantry.

Henry, I couldn't agree more on the Ultra-Mat finishes. Something that I stumbled onto years ago was Vallejo Decal Fix - its more mat that mat finishes, but not ultra-mat. Unfortunately I cant find it in larger bottles, but if you are ever in a hurry and don't want to mix varnishes, its handy to have a small bottle on hand. Its been my goto varnish for years.

Coming back to add now that I'm further into the video. Watching you do your oil weathering is really nice. Seeing you take your time, do bit by bit, rather than just skipping to the end result. I really like watching the process of the weathering and see it all come together.

Definitely would like two part vehicle/large model/Dreadnought videos, using different techniques, such as dry brushing vs airbrush, etc.

You’ve inspired me to paint my solar half of the starter set in a similar manner, but with ochre instead of hull red (to tie into my astartes better, love the hull red).
