Is there any configuration in the brush besides decreasing the strength? I'm using a graphics tablet and even then what I do is pretty ugly, it's not smooth at all like in the video :/

For some reason when i reload my file, my texture paint is gone from my character.

You have to save it yourself... While in the image editor click on "image*" you should see it with this symbol "*" and hit "save as"

my model is purple and i cant paint on it, what do i do?

It's likely that blender does not know where the image file is or the image file is missing. Go to file > external data > find missing files and then manually find it.
Or just go the material tab, go to the little drop down around beside base colour and just manually find your file.
Don't know how helpful this is because you asked this question months ago. I hope you've figured it out already.
