Great tutorials! Really well paced. I appreciate how you take your time explaining things without rushing through important steps. Your patience shows that you are truly interested in teaching and not just showing off.
Hi, sir. I'm your new subscriber and love the way you teach. I would request you please kindly make a tutorial on how to split or separate lips in sculpture mode for animation purpose. Thank you so much
To the American English speakers out there, if you end up with an all black model in cycles render view, try using another attribute name than "color". Apperantly that attribute name is already used for something else and can cause problems

Really awesome tutorials dude; appreciate these, sculpting is so daunting, and you've been a miracle maker!

Therefore, I could not find this related link for its download. Would you provide me this link so I can download your model, please? I really appreciate your help. Thanks and Regards. This is excellent, thanks. You always make painting in Blender look so easy. I didn't know you could do this with vertex colors. Question: What if you have re-topologized this model and you want to bake these vertex colors into a texture for the re-topologized version? What does that workflow look like? Is it similar to the process of baking a normal map? Thanks.
I have been following your tutorial. It has been great - thank you! I am stuck. I can't paint while in the sculpting workspace in vertex-paint mode in Materials preview Display mode. I can easily paint in solid display mode. I attached a color attribute to the base color in the materials pane. At 3.07 of your video, you are in the sculpting workspace, Vertex paint mode and Materials preview Display. Any help guiding me through this is GREATLY appreciated. I am a new technology teacher at a high school and I would love to have my students use this tutorial. Thanks, Dave

Do you have any tutorials or recommendations for learning about the video/image masking feature and other video editing tools? I don't know why I am struggling with it so much. I would like to rely on Blender for its video editing tools, if only I could get to grips with it. Thank you
I must say that I really love the first part because it really helped me with starting sculpting but when I start Vertex Paint it becomes for some reason really slow, like one tap with my brush and I'll wait about 2 seconds before I'll see any color. It makes my brush strokes very blocky and unatural and I don't know what to do with it, and my vertices number is lower then 500.000
An are those blue ed\yellow areas of the face is a overall rule for every type of skin? So if I need my character to be with more tanned skin or more pale, should I just switch the base color to which I need and it will do? Or it changes the rule of color areas?
If you were to do a retopology of this sculpt, is there a way to bake the vertex painting onto the UV map of the lower poly mesh? I know you can bake normal maps, would it be a similar procedure?
Hello, In Material Preview, my object appears black. Could you please explain the possible issue? I tried increasing the emission strength in the Material Properties, which made the object show some white color, but now my character's eyes, nose, and lips have disappeared. Could you help me understand what might be causing this? Also, if possible, could you create a video on this topic?
Thanks for this video, Question : I don’t understand to paint the object with one time, the shortcut is shift K, but does not run on blender 4 Thanks for your answer,

I love this method of painting, but I went back to Remesh my model in sculpt mode and it got rid of all the painting I did ;-; is there a way to keep the paint even with remeshing?
I thought when you color your character means to texture wrap the character or do you do both color them in blender and create the wrapping in photoshop?
I did have a question: could you paint with a material in vertex mode, or do you need UV's to do so? For example, if I want to add metallic paint onto a skin material as opposed to just a color attribute...
can you then bake the vertex paint to a texture if you retopo the sculpt? Or wold it be better to first retopo and then do texture paint? Im sort of confused between the 2 modes
Does somebody knows how to export a low poly model with vertex colors to a COLLADA file? I'm using blender 3.6.5 and when exporting to .dae file, it doesn't contain the vertex colors information. The only data that i had are vertex positions, texture coordinates and normals. My game engine only reads vertex positions, texture coordinates, and indices and i want to add vertex colors to the loader. Thanks!
I was hoping after you texture paint their should be away to save out the painted texture so it could be used in unreal, unity, or godot as a material or texture
